The sun rises, and Hashirama's assistant comes in; she goes to get Izuna since he always sleeps late in the day. She opens the door to Izuna's room, tossing the bucket of cold water at him; he jumps and falls onto the floor. Izuna lets out a loud whine and looks at the hazelnut-haired woman, "Wake up, lazy ass, we got work to do." Izuna pouts and shoves her out of his room as he gets dressed. "Kotone-channn," Izuna whined; Kotone rolled her eyes and the two head into the Hokage manner. Getting the workload and heading to Hashirama's office, both assistants set the scrolls and paperwork down. "Eh? Where's Madara?" Hashirama asked.
Izuna blinks and looks around, "Mada-nii isn't here?" Hashirama whines, "Don't tell me I have to do this all alone!" Kotone glared and punched Hashirama on the head, "OW!!" Hashirama whines and rubs his head, "Don't whine. You're the village leader, and it's your job to do this." Madara wakes up around late noon, and he cracks his back as he stretches out of the comforts of his bed. He gets dressed in black robes with red and gray; he puts on his sandals and begins walking out of his home. The children were leaving the academy to play or study, and it was their choice. He walks into the crowd of people; as he passes by the villagers, they smile and wave at him. He walks passed the streets filled with shops and homes and to the training yard. He notices something strange, there are four boys in the training yard; they have masks on their faces. One has a wolf mask, the second a fox, the third a bird, and the fourth a snake. He watches from a reasonable distance; he's never seen these boys here or in the village, for that matter.
The boys each have odd weapons, and he's never seen the likes of them. The fourth boy has a naginata far too big for him. The third boy has a scroll with markings that resemble the serpent god Orochi, with a matching paintbrush. The second has a chained scythe with a blade mirroring a crescent moon, and the first has a Muramasa blade with a symbol resembling the sun. The boys are frighteningly powerful; Madara can sense their strength, sending chills down his spine. Then walking into view, Madara's heart stops; white long fluffy hair, a white kimono, red obi strings, white fur gracing the shoulders. The pale ivory skin, the sun makes her skin look so pale, corpse-like but not full-blown blue, just the right shade of pale porcelain ivory. She smiles as she walks toward the masked boys, "Mama!" the fourth boy shouts and runs to her. Madara takes a few steps forward, "Madara-niii!!" Izuna calls; Madara looks at the younger Uchiha running to him, but when he turns to look at the training yard, all five of them are gone. Did he see things? "Whatcha looking at?" Izuna looks over at the training field, "No one's there, Madara-nii." Madara's face saddens; maybe he had imagined things.
