Careful now, traps are everywhere
It's been a total of three days now since I've enrolled into this famous school.
The class has been behaving well, that's only to be expected as we're all students that belong to class-A. Unfortunately for me, my popularity hasn't exactly died down. It's hard to spend time alone even for a few short minutes since people often want to invite me out during recess. I have the group of girls in my class to thank for that.
The deal I made with Yamamura is difficult to hold, I'm sure she knows this much. After all rejecting everyone's proposal to hangout would make them view me as an edgelord who hates talking with people. I won't deny that, but it still hurts to think about it.
Currently, I'm left only for once in my life to get a breather. This is of course all thanks to Hashimoto, who distracted the class with his good looks so I could get away. That man, I won't forget his sacrifice for the next five seconds.
It's already after school so the number of students outside the school is definitely nothing to scoff at. I feel like the longer I stick out her the bigger the risk of people catching and kidnapping me.
"Yeah, as if that could happen."
I mutter that under my breath as I walk over to a seemingly secluded side of the school building to grab a drink from a nice vending machine. Although these things still cost private points, I have quite a few now thanks to Yamamura. Speaking of Yamamura, she was eyeing me the entire time during class, that could affect our points a bit depending whether or not the teachers saw anything.
Not like that matters, I'm sure she was aware of her surroundings.
The drink I bought just now is "Koka-Kola", I dislike carbonated drinks but this was the only one that looked half decent. Seems like I hit jackpot though, this ain't bad at least.
All the vending machines around the area have one thing in common, absurd prices just for a few soft drinks.
Normally you could get these types of drinks at the nearby convenience store with just at most 100 private points. Here, at the vending machine, even a small can of coffee can cost up to 120 points. Not only that, I've already heard cases of these machines eating up people's cash only to not give the user what they want. It reminded me of how much this school resembles the outside world.
Right now, the outside world is essentially non-existent. According to the rule books it's possible to ship in something from outside the school in case through some reason this wonderland doesn't possess the item you're searching for. The only downside is the amount of spot hekcs it has to go through before arriving at your doorstep. Such waiting just isn't worth islt sadly.
Adulthood is too hard. I can tell as much from remaining here, seeing as every action this school takes aims to resemble the outside as much as possible.
I only wished they wouldn't accept crazy bastards here....
"You again?! Just leave me alone, you guys caused enough trouble for me already!"
Yet again, my peaceful minutes of life has been interrupted. This time however, instead of choosing to immediately jump in at the situation, I take a small peek behind the vending machine to observe everything calmly.
