No place for a princess

Goodbye

The next week was filled with tears of both joy and sadness but today was the day Alice and James had packed there bags and where now on the train waving goodbye to there mothers. Soon the train picked up its pace and the station and the life they used to have there town Alice's castle everything they knew growing up was in miniature and they were heading towards something new. Alice had a hair cut from near her stomach to just above her shoulders she changed her style completely and put on glasses with fake lenses so there was almost no chance of her being recognized. Her and James sat in their seats watching the contrary side flash by neither said a word. Although they had weeks of planning this was a big adjustment and they each needed time.
The train ride was long 5 hours to be exact and when they finally arrived it was almost midnight then and only then did Alice break the silence.
"Right my mums got us an apartment that's around 30 minutes away we can go settle down and get some sleep and unpack in the morning." She said looking to James
"Yeah that sounds great let's get a taxi." He replied
After arriving at the hotel they got settled down for the night and unpacked in the morning. This was a big change and having been together only a couple weeks it took some getting used to but things had finally started to look up for Alice her life seemed to be going well again.
