Ten woke up feeling like his head wanted to explode. He opened his eyes slowly because the room was too bright. He noticed a familiar scent, the sheets smelled like cabernet, Johnny's favorite scent. When Johnny's name crossed his mind he sat quickly on the bed and looked around. He saw his old clothes on the floor and he was wearing one of his friend's pijamas.

- Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! This can't be happening. I can't believe how stupid I was. - Ten assumed the worst. He probably left the club drunk, Johnny took him home and they ended up having sex. - How am I supposed to face him now? - He was walking from side to side in the room. He looked through the window and when he saw Johnny's Porsche parked he knew he was screwed.

Ten decided to go downstairs and talk to Johnny. He needed to make sure Johnny knew that what happened last night couldn't happen again. When he entered the kitchen he felt that sensation in his stomach. Johnny was shirtless, walking around looking for ingredients to make breakfast. Ten stopped himself from moving further, he wanted to record this image in his mind before everything went downhill again. Johnny had been working out more than before and it showed; his abs looked almost edible with that tan skin tone.

- Oh, hey! You're up. I'm making waffles, gluten free obviously. We don't want any bloating before the concert. - Johnny gave him a warm smile and invited him to come closer. Ten was surprised of how calm his friend was even after what they did the night before. He wasn't sure if Johnny was drunk as well or if he was just playing it cool.

- Johnny, can we... can we talk? I- I feel weird and I have so many questions. - Ten's mouth dried almost instantly and he couldn't help stuttering.

- Wow, you sound very worried, Ten. But yeah, go ahead. - Johnny once again answered calmly. He had no idea what this whole conversation was about.

- Listen, I know last night I was very drunk. The last thing I remember is Taeyong trying to get me down from a table and after that I just blacked out. I can imagine I was the one that came on to you and talked you into doing it with me. I'm sorry for that, sometimes I can't control my impulses and you probably did it because you felt sorry for me and- . Ten broke down in tears. He was so ashamed and couldn't help but feel responsible for everything. When he opened his eyes Johnny was standing next to him. Johnny turned his chair around so his friend would face him and grabbed his chin.

- Tennie, what are you talking about? I brought you home because I was worried about you. You were in a bad shape and I couldn't leave you alone in your hotel. - Johnny tried cleaning some of Ten's tears but they kept pouring from his eyes.

- John, you know what we did. I probably let myself go because of the alcohol and you ended up giving in as well. - Now Ten had a hard time breathing because of the uncontrollable sobbing.

- Hey, hey. Deep breaths. Look at me Ten. - Johnny grabbed his chin again so they could make eye contact. - What do you think happened last night? -

Ten had a hard time collecting his ideas and finding the right words. - Didn't we have sex? That is the only thing our friendship needed to destroy completely. I'm so stupid. - Ten stood up and walked toward the couch. His corner still had the blanket Johnny had gotten for him as a birthday gift.

- Ten I would never take advantage of you like that. I only changed your clothes because you were soaked in sweat and reeked of alcohol. - Johnny sat next to him. He knew Ten was scared and overwhelmed.

- Wait... so we didn't -

- Of course not Tennie. I would never do that to you. - Johnny sat even closer and pulled him into a hug. He almost forgot the warmth of Ten's body. He played with this hair for a while so his friend would calm down. His hand then traveled to his back and he rubbed it, feeling Ten's breath going back to normal. Johnny felt a weird pressure in his chest building up as his hand moved lower.

Ten, on the other hand, was feeling better but he was now feeling hot on the inside. He couldn't remember the last time he had Johnny this close. His heart started beating faster as he felt Johnny's hand moving to his waist. He was feeling confused and wanted him to stop, but the feeling was almost like fireworks in the lower part of his stomach. Ten thought Johnny would let go of him because they were no longer hugging but now he felt his breath near his ear, moving closer to his cheek.

- Ten, don't doubt the amount of respect I have for you. You can't even imagine how much I have kept to myself just to make you feel comfortable around me. - Johnny pronounced these words as he moved even closer, now reaching Ten's lip corner.

Ten felt as the goosebumps formed around his arms and back. He couldn't process the things Johnny was saying. He thought he probably had some liquor left in his body and it was clouding his thoughts. He tried pushing Johnny away a little but he was immobilized by a pair of strong hands.

- Please just listen to me. I have so many things to say but I can't seem to make any sense whenever you're around. - Johnny's voice sounded fragile, honest. He was ready to open up to Ten.

- Johnny, you know we have made many mistakes in the past. We should just leave it like that. - Ten, on the other hand, sounded insecure, lying to hide what his heart really wanted to say.

- Mistakes? That's what you call it? Ten I can't get you out of my head. I have avoided coming to Chicago all these months because my condo has your name written all over. It almost feels like your presence still lives here. It breaks me that you regret everything. - Johnny's voice started cracking while he stared firmly into Ten's eyes.

- John, let's not make this harder than it has to be. I'll just get my stuff and leave. We have practice soon so don't take too long. - Ten was going to stand up when he was pulled by Johnny's hand and he fell on his lap.

- I know I ran away once but I'm not letting you do it this time. - Those were the last words Johnny said before grabbing Ten by the hair and pulling him into a deep kiss. Ten tried fighting Johnny's strength but it was pointless. At first it was a desperate kiss, Johnny was filled with rage. He had spent months controlling his inner desires just so he wouldn't scare Ten off.

Johnny felt when Ten's body relaxed and slightly opened his mouth. Deep down Ten wanted to taste Johnny so he let him inside. It was Johnny who made the move and slid his tongue inside the other's mouth. Ten was surprised by the warmth of his tongue; it tasted like black coffee, John's favorite. The kiss kept getting more intense, and that's when Ten let out a moan. This simple sound gave Johnny the queue to grab Ten by the waist and sit him on top. Ten tried to complain but Johnny pressed him down even more, making him feel his erection twitching by all the pleasure. Johnny gently pulled Ten's head back to get access to his neck and leave a trail of kisses, moving towards his collarbone. Ten let out a couple more moans while he placed his hands around the back of Johnny's neck. They were lost in each other's embrace. When Ten felt a pair of big hands around his waist he moved his hips slowly, looking for some friction to get things even more heated.

- Let me take you upstairs, please. - Johnny almost begged in a whisper. He couldn't take it anymore. He needed to possess Ten in all the ways possible.

Ten didn't answer but he knew that if he didn't stop this now, there would be no coming back. Johnny tasted like bad decisions, a guilty pleasure and Ten couldn't get enough of him. But when Johnny tried standing up from the couch with Ten in his lap, he came down from that delicious high.

- Johnny stop, I can't do this. I got carried away. We shouldn't be doing this, it's confusing for us. - Ten said as he stood up from Johnny's lap. He was feeling startled and aroused.

- Confusing? I think we both know what we feel. When are you going to stop hiding it? - Johnny walked towards Ten, who was already getting his things ready to leave.

- I think we should just go back to how things were. Every time we come close to each other everything gets complicated. I promise I won't bother you anymore. I'm sorry for everything. - Ten was about to walk towards the door when Johnny grabbed his arm.

- Ten, if you walk past that door it's over for us. I mean it. I will no longer come looking for you, we'll go back to being strangers. - Johnny felt the pain in his chest while looking at Ten. For a moment he thought they had one last chance, until he heard the words he feared the most.

- Then I guess this is it. Good night Johnny. - Ten carefully removed his arm from Johnny's hand, turned around and left the condo, taking with him Johnny's last bit of hope.
