Epilogue

- The house is located near a hill, perfect view, the security is nice...- Johnny was speaking fast because of how anxious he was. Today he was showing Ten the new house he wanted to get for them in Chicago. They were celebrating their 5 year anniversary as a couple and Johnny felt ready to take it to the next level.

- John calm down. I trust you. I know this is a big decision but I am more than ready. My parents called and they will be sending the last of my things tomorrow. - Ten had been living with Johnny in Korea but Johnny wanted to buy a house in his hometown since he sold the condo.

When they arrived the place looked straight out of a magazine. The structure was very modern and had lots of space. Ten was too stunned to speak as he walked around checking everything out. Johnny took his hand and walked him towards the entrance of the house. When they were inside, the house looked like it was just remodeled. Johnny was nervous, he wanted to know what Ten thought about it. The taller one gave him a tour around so he could see the amenities. On the back of the house was an infinity pool with a perfect view of the city of Chicago.

- So? What do you think? - Johnny stood next to Ten waiting for his response.

- If I'm honest, I love it. I can definitely see us living here. We'll probably go back and forth because of work but it will be nice coming back to a place of our own.

- Okay great. Before we leave I want to show you something else. - Johnny was ready to show him the best part of the house. He carried Ten and they were laughing together as they walked upstairs, entering what looked like the master bedroom.

Johnny lowered Ten to the ground so he could take a look at the room. Ten walked by himself looking around. The room was big, it was almost double the size of the one they lived back in Korea. He noticed the room had a balcony so he walked in its direction. He loved the view and he would enjoy waking up to it next to the love of his life.

- John, this is amazing. I think it's my favorite part of the h-. What Ten saw in front of his eyes made his heart stop for a second. Johnny was kneeling in front of him with a tiny red box on his hand.

- Ten, you know I've loved you since the day we met and not a single day goes by where I don't think about my future with you. I'm frankly honest that you like the house because it's ours. I bought it for you, for us... I want us to be together until our last breath and I want to show my compromise with this ring. Will you do me the honor of being my husband? - Johnny was sweating, he really hoped his plan would work. He bought the house without asking Ten first but he trusted his taste.

Ten was shocked. The house, Johnny's words, the engagement ring. - Johnny I-. Of course babe, yes, I want to marry you. - Ten broke down in uncontrollable tears. He still remembered how Johnny and him were simple coworkers and now after so many years he was going to marry the love of his life.

Johnny placed the ring on his fiancé's finger and kissed him passionately. His heart was full like the very first time they confessed their love for each other. - So at the end you did keep your word Chittaphon. We made it work. - They laughed together and hugged tightly. In the end it was all worth it. They found their soulmates and now they were ready to spend the rest of their lives together.
