Ava Paige sighed as she watched another one of her experiments fail. She called in a few guards and instructed them on what to do. She sat back and pulled out the footage, she watched as the guards entered the control rooms, as the guards filled the room with smoke, as Aris and Rachel fell to the ground. They would have no recollection of this unfortunate series of events when they woke up. She watched as Thomas tried to tackle a guard, only to fail, and was faced with the same white memory-wiping fog. She watched as both the glades filled with smoke through the box, as all the gladers collapsed simultaneously. She watched as guards carried Sonya and Beatrice back to their own glade. No one would remember anything, like all past failed experiments, this too would be erased completely. She got up and went to the control room.
