Shepard's been gone for a week now. Basically locked himself up in Heaven, at least that's what Flock's told me. Said that even he has to be careful, because now he's a free meal for any angels wanting to off him. Of course, I offered him refuge down in our lovely home underground. He didn't want to attract attention to us. I told him we can handle what forces they may send. A guardian? I can take them. A few basic angels, anyone here can take them. We're safe. As safe as a group of rejected angels and demons can be.

Another week now. Shepard's still gone. During this time, I've tried to fill in his spot for Flock. I don't think it's working. Still fascinating- how close they are- he's like a puppy that hasn't seen it's owner in a month. He has those puppy eyes and everything. Adorable- yet still such a sad sight. Another week, Flock said, and this'll be the longest he's been gone. I'm sure he's counting the minutes. Poor lost puppy.

I had that dream again. Of the kid. Of being mortal. Smart kid- too bad he broke afterwards. I'll need to talk to Doc Flor again. I didn't feel ashamed again. I felt proud. That's bad. Admittingly, I do wonder where that mime went. Hell certainly, but as another punisher? A lowly demon, perhaps?

Flock's been getting used to living down here. He's helping around. He's confided in something to me too. He's getting his memories back. From who, he didn't say, but it's something big nonetheless. He's told me that he was once a soldier. Or maybe a mercenary. He's yet to learn. Nonetheless, if there's something big, I want to fit the hole that Shep would've filled. Should be easy. Like a puppy, yeah.

saved - 9
fallen - 3collector group b attacked - lost viper (d) and travis (a) was badly injured (left wing-large gash)
attackers were demons, intact
I'll try to find them. Avenge viper. I'll go along the route they took.----
I killed the demons. Gave them a good scare too. Good. For Viper.

Still no Shepard. And now Flock said that he's seen angels watching him more closely. He's worried they're going to attack him soon. Or worse, follow him down here. But we can take them.
But Flock said he might go hide out in Hell. Probably will go to remember more. Hope we don't lose the Flock we know.
