Not even a day had passed since my supposed death and I was feeling pretty good for a dead guy. I started my day by heading straight over to the gym for training. That was where Eri and Momo found me minutes later with music blaring in my ears and Lye laying down feet away from me. Once the lovely ladies caught my attention I removed one of my earbuds and wandered over to them.

"How are my favorite ladies doing?" I asked as I took a drink of water before being clung to by the small child.

"Hello, Mister Izu!"

"Heya cutie! Look at your hair, it looks amazing!" I said as I picked her up and threw her in the air playfully causing angelic giggles to escape her.

"Miss Momo did my hair."

"She did? Well, you'll have to thank her don't you think? Or did you do that already?"

"She already did, she is such a sweetheart," Momo said as she placed her bag down next to Lye and gave him head pats. "So what are we working on today?"

"You sure you are able to do training? I don't want to overwhelm you."

"Yes I'm sure, I'm not that fragile Izu. However, thank you for the concern."

"Alright, then we'll be working on some simple backkicks and doing some sequencing with the other moves you've learned. We'll start off using your dominant foot then move to your non-dominate foot before going back and forth between those and the mix-up of everything I've taught you so far. Eri would you like to join in? You'd be learning some moves to defend yourself if there is ever a time that I nor Momo can help you."

"Ooo can I?" She asked with small crimson stars in her beautiful crimson eyes.

"Of course you can, make sure to take it at your own pace okay? I'll show you what I've taught Momo while she is putting it all together okay?" With that, I disconnected my earbuds and played motivational music out loud from my phone. I took it easy and gently with Eri showing her how to move her body while being defensive and not get hurt. She learned quickly and seemed to enjoy it. By the time it was time to get cleaned up and head to class - which was laid off for the day due to yesterday's events - she had caught up to what I had taught Momo.

"Alright, do we want to take a break and continue practicing or call it a day?" I asked as I passed the water bottles out.

"I mean if we don't have class due to the attack we might as well practice more to strengthen ourselves," Momo answered after sipping her water. "Why don't we continue for another hour or two then call it a day? What do you think Eri?"

"Can we continue?! I'm having a lot of fun learning with you guys! Izu is a really good teacher." Eri said with excitement.

"Of course. Do we want to try another move or shall we do some repetition with the punching bags?" I asked as I set my bottle down and summoned a treat for Lye. I turned to look at him before throwing it and he caught it with glee, his tail thumping on the ground as he ate the treat in his own excitement.

"Why not both?" Momo suggested. "I can get them out if you want to start explaining the move."

"Alright, the next attack is called the Eye Strike. We'll actually need these for this attack." I said as I summed two handheld punching pads. "Momo would you mind holding this for me so I can demonstrate it for Eri? It's easier to show than explain." I asked my bestie.

"Of course Izu!" She answered as she stopped what she was doing and walked over. I handed her the cushion and put it in place where the top of it met her eye level off to the side.
