Me: So, Dragon Ball Super & Xenoverse Time Manipulation only effective against opponents are under or near your power level, not speed only? I don't know why I want to call bullshit, but since Goku powered through a Gravity attack & Gravity can manipulate Space-Time, I rather stay quiet.
