Jeongyeon is currently driving to the Chou mansion.  It is already late in the afternoon of the first day of the first week of classes. She is on her way to pick up her girlfriend since Nayeon really did skip the first day of school this year.

"Hello, Pres?" The council treasurer promptly answered when her phone rang.

"Hi, Jeongyeon."

"What's up?"

"I just wanted to follow up about the favor that I asked you the other day."

"Which one?"

"Don't play dumb! I know that you know what I'm talking about."

Jengyeon chuckles. "Really? Hmm... I can't seem to exactly recall. Can't you just repeat it to me?"

Mina scoffs from the other line. "I hate you."

"Okay, okay. Sorry, calm down. So... Yeah, I already asked Chaeyoung about it."

"And...?"

"And... she told me that the kind of flower that she fancies right now are peonies. That is because, as she had told me, besides the fact that they are absolutely pretty, those flowers also have a sweet fragrance that she really likes."

"Hmm... Peonies. I see."

"Pres."

"Hmm?"

"Are you finally asking her out?"

"Wha— No! That is for the closing ceremony of the Collegiate League! Whe— Whether their team gets to win a place or not, I still want to give her something."

"Ahh. Tsk, tsk, What a shame."

"I'll go now. Thanks!"

"Wait, Pres—"

"Bye, bye." And Mina dropped the call.

"Wow. Ending the call right after she got what she needed." Jeongyeon just shakes her head while smiling. She turned the car's engine off as she has now parked in front of the Chou mansion. She promptly exits the vehicle right after.

"Jeongyeon!" A manly voice calls out to the council treasurer.

"Dad!" Jeongyeon has already developed the habit of calling Nayeon's step father as Dad.

The man is in business attire. He was about to step into his luxury car when he saw his step daughter's girlfriend walking on the pavements in front of their house. "What are you doing here at this hour in the middle of the week?"

"I'm on my way to pick up a bunny, Dad."

"What? You're picking up Nayeon again? You should tell her that she should start learning how to drive herself by now. Tsk, tsk, tsk. You're spoiling her too much."

Jeongyeon chuckles. "It's fine, Dad. At least, we're avoiding one irresponsible driver in the making."

"Hey!" Nayeon yells from the door of the mansion. "You two are talking behind my back again?"

The two other people just laughed at her. The soccer manager promptly strides to them.

Nayeon's father starts as soon as her daughter is within hearing range. "Nayeon, you could've just asked one of our drivers to drop you off at your school. Why did you make Jengyeon drive all the way here in the middle of a work week?"

The soccer manager answers unamused. "Dad, it's been years now that we're dating. You should know by now that Jeongyeon has always been the one to insist on these things."

Her dad then simply shrugs. "By the way, I don't think I can make it to the last soccer games your team is having. I'm so sorry. I think my business trip will be extended."

"It's okay, dad." Nayeon genuinely smiles. "I will also just inform Tzu."

He simply smiled back at her daughter. He then walked into his car and closed the door, but opened the window right after. "Oh! And lastly, I think one of the girls left a shirt in the guest room when they slept there after the New Year's party. The head maid told me this morning when they were cleaning. Could you confirm whose shirt that is and send it back to the owner?"

"Okay, dad. I will."

"I'm taking my leave now. Jeong! Be careful when driving, okay?"

"I will, dad. You also."

"Bye, girls!"

"Bye, dad!"

After the car of Nayeon's father exited the mansion's gate, the couple started walking towards the house.

Jeongyeon starts as they enter the house's living room. "Do you have a lot of things that you're bringing back to the dorms?"

"Not really, just one carry bag for my clothes and one laptop bag."

"Is it in your room? I'll get it."

"Yes, babe. All of it is on top of my bed. I'll just check with the head maid about the shirt that dad was talking about earlier."

"Got it. Let's meet back here when we're ready to leave."

Nayeon simply smiles and nods.

Jeongyeon went upstairs to get her girlfriend's things while the soccer manager went to the maid's quarters.

The council treasurer was already comfortably waiting in the living room's couch when Nayeon went back, holding the said shirt in her hand.

"Isn't that Chaeyoung's..." Jeongyeon mumbles.

"Huh?"

"Babe, Chaeyoung has a shirt that looks exactly like that."

Nayeon's eyes widen as she quickly crumples the shirt in her hands. "Wha— what are you talking about? Of course, this isn't hers! Why— why would her shirt be here? This is definitely not hers."

Jeongyeon chuckles. "Relax, babe. I just told you that Chaeyoung has a shirt like that. I did not say that that, the clothing you are holding right now, is in fact her shirt."

"R— right. I just got confused a bit there, sorry." Nayeon awkwardly laughs.

"It's okay, babe. It is just that after being roommates with her for about half a year now, I practically memorized what her wardrobe looks like."

Nayeon just smiles and puts the shirt on her bag.

Jeongyeon looks at her with one eyebrow raised, "Don't take me wrong, babe. But... why are you carrying the shirt with you?"

"Umm... this is actually owned by one of our close friends. I will meet up with her outside the university and give it to her later."

"Which friends? Do I know them?" Jeongyeon persists on the topic.

"Ah— I'm... I'm not sure, babe. You know that we have a lot of business partners so maybe you won't recall them even if I tell you."

"Really?" The council treasurer slowly nods. "Okay."

Nayeon lets out a sigh after her girlfriend finally shrugged the topic off.

"So, how was the New Year's party that you had?" Jeongyeon started as they walked outside of the house.

The soccer manager immediately rolls her eyes. "As usual, it was so tiring with all of those business talks that I could barely comprehend."

"I knew it." The council treasurer loudly laughs as both of them enter the car that will take them back to the university.
