Lexie's POV
as i were totally having a blast today with mark, he looked at his watch and said, "well, the time is already 12 lexie. i guess, we have to go to our last ride today and so, pick your ride"
"well", i replied, "i know that, because of my fear of heights my parents won't let me experience the ferris wheel and so, would you please let me ride on that thing?"
"if that's what you want then..."
"please? i really, really want to"
"well, if that's what you want" and so, mark and i went to get the tickets. afterwards, we boarded the ride and when it started, i was starting to feel my legs shaking, and by the time that i was halfway at the peak of the ride, my fear got me. i was scared. i feel like any moment now, i would fall. "lexie?" i heard mark "lexie? are you ok? can you hear me? hey lexie, can you-" then, i snapped.
"oh my god! please, get me off of here, please help me!" i said. tears are now running down at my face.
"lexie! you're going to be fine. nothing is going to happen"
"no, please get me off of this thing! i can't bear it anymore!"
"lexie, you've got to calm down, everything is going to be fine"
"no, its not! it will never be, unless i get down! i need to get down, i have to-"
"LEXIE!", mark shouted. i was shocked and it brought me back to reality, "you're going to be alright. you have nothing to worry about. i'm here. i will never leave you, ok?" those words made me feel better. they made me at ease for a while. "so, would you please just enjoy the ride with me?" he said, smiling. "well, c-can you let me lean on your s-shoulders for a while? i am s-still terrified", i sheepishly exclaimed. "well, that's fine by me", he said, as i leaned on his shoulders. there, i felt comfortable as i saw the whole city from the peak of the ride. but, for me, what i really want, is for the whole world to see me end up with him.
