No... does that mean I'm dead in the real world? But- no, now is not the time to think about these kinds of stuff. I'm a dragon now, I need to learn how to live again, and THEN I can let these emotions flow.
Who am I kidding though? I can't just ignore it - at least not for too long - and besides, I was just born, even if this isn't my real life, I can't just... not live it. I can't just deny this not being my new life though, there has been many reeincarnation concepts on history, but-
A loud sound grabbed my attention, and when I gazed at the direction of it, and the source of it? A familiar white dragon with green wings, Eliseus. What I saw was just a cloud of dust, and then him, with his face almost glued to the floor.
I gave a small chuckle, and approached the dragon. I'm a little bit less cautious arround them, since they are my brothers and my mother is supervising us, but I still don't trust them. Don't get me wrong, I just think that... it's too much to digest in a single day.
Eliseus shook his head and stood up, and he saw that I was there, so he just pretended to look at something, and right after that, mother let out an chuckle as well, and he INSTANTLY gazed at her.
However, something piqued my interest when I approached him, there was an vague and small outline, who also had the color green. It was deforming itself as time passed, like it's an liquid. I felt a strange connection to it, not that it was calling me or something, but for some reason, it felt like I already knew that.
I looked at my hands, and there it was as well. I tried to move my hands, and they seemed to go with it - in a movement akin to an gravitational force - and stopped when it touched my hand. After a few seconds, it dissipated.
My mom approached me, probably seeing my confusion from afar, and sat down. I pointed to my hand and tried to search the strange 'liquid', but I wasn't successful. She heavily breathed, like she wasn't expecting to be asked this kind of question, although I didn't even asked anything.
"Oh, you're already sensing mana?" She asked, quietly, but loud enough for me to hear. "I don't like explaining it, and so, I'll not explain. You will understand why when you get done with your test." And just picked an little stone and put on top of my head.
I thought she was going to do something, but it was just something she did. There wasn't any purpose on it, she just... put it there. I'm not complaining though, I prefer to understand something than don't.
My siblings were running arround the cave, and I was just... isolated, with my mother. Eliseus has long left the chatting I had with mom, I didn't even noticed, but well, I wasn't that... aware of my surroudings.
But my train of thought suddenly got interrupted by an noise I wasn't even aware I would hear again, my belly rumbling. And after that, my siblings shared the same noise, countinuously. My mom heard everything, obviously, and picked me and the others, and so we got out of the cave.
First thing that grabbed my attention when we left the cave was the light, because I couldn't see anything. And after one minute or so, I could see colors and shapes again, and what I saw was some trees, different kinds of trees. Their leaves were blue, with an hint of purple, and they had some green fruits.
Normally, I would be interesed in trying these fruits, but there was so many things overloading my senses, there were bushes full of different berries that I never seen before, some types of plants, but there was no wild life.
"Okay, you all are going to watch while I hunt for your food. Pay attention, this is only one out of ten hunts I'll go for you. After my 10th hunt, it will be your responsability to get your food, understand?" Mom said, and we all just nodded.
