Cody is walking down the street of Alen City. He is walking with Adrienne, the black and white Huskey. She has long, puffy black hair that covers her right eye. The tips of her hair are red. Adrienne wears tight black pants with a black tank top. She has on her black gothic punk boots while wearing her golden necklace with an oak symbol. She stood around 6, 3, compared to Cody. Both are walking down the sidewalk as they are carrying a conversation. "I know, only wished there was more to do..." Cody said.
"Why not try working as a bounty hunter? I say many people could use someone like you. After all, you make a good man for the job. You have the mindset and the legs." Adrienne said. Cody cracked his neck to one side, thinking about it.
"Bounty hunting... sounds like a job for someone who wants to chase people all day. No offense, that's not the thing I feel interested in..." Adrienne gave a slight nod, understanding.
"Well, I don't know what to tell you there. Someone already denied most of the offers that came to my mind." She said. Cody looked at Adrienne and smiled before they giggled.
"I know, I can be hard to work with sometimes..." Cody replied. Adrienne turned around and started walking backward.
"I wouldn't say hard to work with, just stubborn." She said. Cody moved his eyes to Adrienne, still having his same old smile. Adrienne pointed at him while arching both eyebrows for a moment. "Hey, you know I'm right." She said. Cody rolled his eyes.
"And you are still a fur-ball that screams at 3:00 in the morning." Cody reminded Adrienne. Cody watched Adrienne, rolling her eyes in return. They both headed downtown until Cody saw an Ice cream stand. "Want some Ice cream?" Adrienne moved her attention over and saw they were selling banana popsicles. She gasped, leading her tail to wag.
"Dude, they have banana popsicles. Heck yeah, I want one." Cody chuckled under his breath, finding Adrienne being cute.
"Alright, let's go get some." He replied. They both headed over and waited in line. While they carried a conversation with each other, one of Nizhalgal's small robots poked its head out from the box of fruit. Its two binocular eyes blinked twice before focusing on Cody and Adrienne. The tinny robot, which is the size of a cup, pressed a red button on the top of its head. He started recording the conversation between Cody and Adrienne.
"Alright, if you don't like any of those jobs, how about you ask Wishbone to join Wishbone heroes?" Cody's eyes widen slightly to the name Adrienne said.
"I don't know..." He said.
"Oh, come on, Cody. You seem to enjoy being around the Wishbone heroes. Why not try your luck? What do you have to lose?" Adrienne asked. Cody itched the back of his head, appearing nervous a bit.
"My courage to confront the girl I like," Cody muttered. Adrienne moved her head closer. She didn't hear what Cody said.
"What?" Cody moved his arm down and shifted his facial reaction to a calm look.
"Oh, nothing... just talking to myself is all." He said. Adrienne crossed her arms while crossing her ankles.
"You speak too much to yourself..." Adrienne said. Cody shrugged his shoulders at her statement, leaving her eyes rolling with a small puff as she was smiling.
"No, but seriously, why don't you?" She asked. Cody crossed his arms while he moved his eyes to the sky. He then sighed before looking at Adrienne.
"Look, can you keep a secret?" Cody asked.
"Sure, what's going on?" She asked. Suddenly the little machine's eyelids peeled open with excitement as it leaned on the box's metal frame. Cody looked around, seeing no one nearby besides a couple in front of them. Cody lowered his voice while motioning for Adrienne to get closer. She looked surprised by this act and moved in on Cody before tilting her head closer to listen to him.
