Tony paced his living like a caged tiger. He looked at his team who were sat on his huge couch, Gibbs had called them to come here at his request so he could them everything his so called 'father' had done to him as a child all at once but as he stared at their worried faces, he nodded his head and took a seat next to Kate, smiling when she took his hand in hers.

"As you know, my so called father disowned me at aged 12 and sent me to Rhode Island Military School just so he didn't have to deal with me anymore, but what you not realise was that he was physical and emotionally abusive towards me and it starred the day I found my mother dead in our music room, she committed suicide with a butchers knife she took from the kitchen." Tony said as tears filled his eyes as he re-lived the moments he last saw his mother.

Tony was happy, and he was sure his mom would be as well, if she was in a good mood, that is, he hoped she was in a good mood. He walks into the music room where she is every morning when she gets up.

Tony let out a scream when he saw her: his mother had a knife sticking out of his chest. He was frozen, stuck, not knowing what to do for his mother, he knew she was dead, that much was obvious to him, no one could have survived a knife to the chest.

He could hear the heavy footsteps of his father entering the music room but before Tony could hug his father and cry, Tony was flying towards the piano, the same piano that he and his mother had spent so much time playing together when she was in her good moods.

"THIS IS YOUR FAULT!" His father roars as Anthony DiNozzo Senior comes over to his son and strikes him across the face, little Tony shakes his head as tears course down his face.

"No, it's not." Tony protests, Antony scoffs and slaps him again before getting into his son's face.

"You killed her, you killed your own mother, you're a murderer and I'm ashamed to call you my son!" and with those words, his father walked away from him, knelt down and scooped up his dead wife in his arms and walked out of the music room, slamming the doors behind him and plunging the room into darkness.

"From that day on, Senior made it his mission to make me feel alone and make me feel like what I did wasn't enough. When I was 12, after he gave me my final beating, he picked me up, threw me into a car and had the car drive me to Rhode Island Military School." Tony finished his tale with tears falling down his face. He unknowingly buried his head in the crook of Kate's neck who had in turn started to rub his back to soothe him.

"Oh Tony, we are so sorry." Abby said as she too hugged Tony with her own tears falling down her face. Gibbs, Ducky, Palmer and McGee watched Tony and the girls as their own eyes started to well up with tears.

"Boss, please tell us we can nail this bastard to the wall?!" Kate asked in a whisper, fire in her eyes, as he looked at his team he noticed all of them held the same fire in their eyes: justice for Tony, who had fallen asleep embraced in his two favourite girls arms. Gibbs smiled at his team.

"We will, guys, don't worry, we'll catch him."

Gibbs would make sure that they caught Anthony DiNozzo Senior.
