DAYANARA WILSON WASN'T VERY CLOSE TO THE QUEENS FIVE YEARS AGO
But Robert Queen was a nice man. Dayanara, who had recently come into her family's inheritance, was interested in buying a portion of the Queen Consolidated company from Robert. So, Robert kindly invited her onto the family boat, The Queen's Gambit. The ship unexpectedly crashed, leaving Robert, his son Oliver, Dayanara, and a crew worker on a lifeboat. Only 2 of the 4 made it to the island. Dayanara and Oliver Queen stayed by each others side through that five year period. And then Dayanara Wilson was very close to the Queens. Even Oliver's younger sister, Thea Queen.
The same Thea Queen who had been utterly obsessed with her ever since she was 12.
