I hear something hard hit the ground from above me. I had watched the truly amazing sun set last night and had fallen asleep facing the crack I watched it through. This cracked allowed me to see a shadow of what, I have zero clue.
More frequently I had found some old lanterns and used those to light up most of the space. This additional light helped me with a couple things. Things like painting and reading, but more importantly it showed me where I was.
It was a massive library. There were bookshelves abound, bookshelves filled with books that all stretch up into the ceiling. The ceiling itself was a massive dome, originally it was covered in a black covering. That fell off when it got landed on... Parts of the library are also underground, there you can feel all the vibrations of what happens on top of the soil.

From my area in one of the study corridors underneath the stairs I watch as the cover falls off the massive doom letting in what feels like tons of light. Stepping out I realize that there are two people on top of the doom. And they both had already spotted me.
As there was no point in me hiding, I opened the main entrance which is obviously marked now, with the covering off. I had found a small lever that did something but at the time I found it I had no clue what it did. The main door was surrounded with a small outline of the same color the lever was outlined in.
As the two newcomers come through the door, I notice that they look oddly similar to each other. They shared the same hair color and were similar in height and build. As they continue through the door and down the appropriate staircase I can see the bewilderment on one of the faces and a more relieved look on the other's face.
"War es wirklich nötig, dass du mich schubst? Ich glaube, Sie wussten nicht einmal, was auf der anderen Seite war! Und du schubst mich einfach durch die Wand!" One of the two exclaims. T: Was it really needed for you to shove me? I don't think you even knew what was on the other side! And you just shove me through the wall!
Looking more closely, the one that had not spoken had slightly darker eye colors, the other one had lighter eyes. Oth very similar to silver but just slightly off of it,
"Umm hi?" I ask hesitantly. I understood what the girl said, so I assumed that they spoke German but was unsure if they spoke anything else. Both girls turn towards me and the one with darker eyes looks at me in bewilderment.
"Who are you? I don't know what is going on. Your appearance made everything I knew completely go down the drain." I tell them while looking from one to the other trying to see through their blank looks.
