She gritted her teeth, inching away from me, regaining control of the situation.
No longer staring at me with lustful eyes...
Now, she was furious.
"Why the fuck have you brought me here?" she seethed, through clenched teeth.
"One-million pounds."
The words rolled off of my tongue, before I had the chance to stop them, or come to terms with what I was saying or offering to her.
"What?" she repeated incredulously, staring at me with a puzzled expression.
"I'll buy you your lifetime's freedom for one-million pounds... If you stop working here altogether," I stated matter-of-factly.
