"Funny how you need help taking down a criminal. When it's you that's the fucking criminal in reality," she gritted.
"Spare me the smart-ass talk, dollface," I snarled, rolling my eyes. "Now, listen to me very fucking carefully."
"I'm listening," she muttered.
"I have a deal with the Secret Service. I've been in the feds mouth for a while, with some of the crimes I've committed being found out. Some money laundering, some murders. And I'm very lucky not to be in jail right now."
I folded my arms.
"The Secret Service offered me a deal to have my previous crimes covered up, so that I don't have the federales and the FBI on my ass. And it involves taking down a motherfucker called Enzo Ferrari."
