"You must be out of your goddamn mind if you think - "

"Oh, my gosh! Kacchan! We are going to be roomies!" Izuku squealed, doing a little dance of excitement. "We can do each other's nails and discuss in depth the sheer idiocy of you working with a murderous psychopath!"

"Rabid, you two are not roommates. Bakugou's new room is next door to yours. You are not sharing."

Bakugou turned to Aizawa, his face devoid of feeling. "I'll take prison time over being in the same hallway as that murderous psychopath."

"Aw, but Kacchan! Think of how much fun we can have hanging out after curfew!" Izuku beamed at the blond, the three other rehab students covering up their laughter with coughs.

The traitorous blond rolled his eyes at the villain, muttering something under his breath that had Aizawa staring at him curiously. The teacher couldn't be sure exactly what his student said but he was a bit shocked to see the complete one eighty in his attitude towards his diaper buddy since the day prior, going from raging at him in an interrogation room to tolerating being within a few feet of him and even bantering slightly.

Aizawa had some theories but he couldn't be completely certain if any were correct, however, Bakugou's interview with Tsukauchi added some weight to a few.

When the detective finished up with his student and came to discuss his findings with Aizawa and Nedzu, Tsukauchi informed them that he couldn't get an exact read on Bakugou. Nedzu asked for further explanation and Tsukauchi told the two that he had his quirk active the whole time he was talking with Bakugou and for most of his responses, the blond was both telling the truth and lying.

The man had never seen that before.

So, naturally, Aizawa was curious as to what was happening, his theories ranging from the Bakugou standing in front of him being a double or an impostor to something more...headache inducing is how Aizawa would put it.

Why things had to be so complicated and convoluted, the hero wished he knew.

Izuku sauntered up to Bakugou and tossed an arm over the blond's shoulder, one that was immediately shrugged off. Bakugou's clear annoyance at the shorter teen did not deter the student, if anything it spurred him on more. "I'll give you a tour of this section of the dorms and a run down of the rules us reforming villains must follow. It'll be a grand ol time."

"Rabid, are you trying to get killed?"

"Yes. That is my end goal." Izuku winked at Dabi over his shoulder. "Why else would I 'corrupt' Kacchan by killing my mother, setting him on a path of villainy and betrayal if not to be absolutely and brutally murdered?"

"Shit, Rabid, if that was your plan all along we could've skipped a lot of these steps if you had just asked me to do it for you."

"I've tried. You never kill me."

"That's because you don't ask the right way!" Toga chimed in, grinning at her friends.

"Oh, right. He says please and thank you and begs but he doesn't say the magic words." Shigaraki nodded.

"What? Endeavor's the coolest?"

Dabi closed his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose, a long suffering sigh left his body. "Eraser, I would also like to be transferred to prison."

"Oh! You and explody can share a cell!" Toga cheered. "Me and Tomura and Rabid will visit you two! We'll bring you the file in a cake."

"I'll shank you in the prison yard if you shank me."

"Deal."

"Nobody is going to prison." Aizawa opened the door to the dorm where Bakugou would be staying for the foreseeable future.
