Chapter 47 Stay in the Demon Kingdom

"No/Yes." Prince Morloch and Zale replied at the same time. They looked at each other and started to stare intently.

"Huh?" Zerha made a questioning look. "Why would you not let me go yet, Momo? Ah, I forgot, it hasn't been one week since I became a slave..." She said feeling so down.

"What?" Suddenly Zale emits a dark aura. "He made you his slave?" He asked coldly.

"A-Ah, w-well, it's a long story..." said Zerha as she scratched her right cheek with her finger.

"Tsk. We need to leave. I need to tell you something important aren't I?" Zale said.

"Oh right..." Zerha suddenly remembered something. However, I can't find the body of Alice if I leave the Demon Kingdom. I need to stay longer to explore the rooms inside the castle...

Zerha hesitates to leave, she wants to leave because she wants to spend time with his brother since she misses him so much and she wants to know what Zale is going to say. She knows that, if Zale said that it is important, then it really is important. But she wishes to find the body of Alice as well.

"Um, Momo, I have a favor to ask. Can he stay in the room where I am staying in the castle?" Zerha asked nervously, hoping Prince Morloch would let him. She thought that Zale should stay at the Demon Kingdom until she found the body of Alice and at the same time, they would talk about what was that important thing he was going to say and ask how he even managed to get there.

"No. He should leave my Kingdom. This is not a place for someone like him." Prince Morloch replied coldly. Zale just clicked his tongue after hearing the Prince's answer.

Zerha felt down. What should she do? Should she stop looking for Alice's body?

"Master, earlier, he was talking about your past, right?" Garren suddenly asked, referring to Zale. Isn't he the Prince of Haria Kingdom? How did he know my Master's past? Since the Master was reincarnated, he should not know her past. Who is Zale by the way?

Garren was confused about what was happening. Not just Garren but Foxy and Ecanus as well. They are all confused, his name is Zale but isn't he the Prince of Haria Kingdom, named Prince Clove?

On the other side as well, Prince Morloch doesn't know why but he gets nervous and gets cold sweat. I acted indifferent toward him. I even show him my dreadful side...

Zerha noticed their reactions. Based on their expressions, looks like Zale possessed a human body, not a demon like me. "I will explain it to all of you later." But right now, I should persuade Momo to let us stay in the castle first. I need to find Alice's body so that she will stop bothering me!

"Zerha," Zale called. "Why do you need to stay at his place?"

"I will tell you everything later, brother," she said and called Prince Morloch. "Momo, I mean Your Highness, can you let my brother stay in my room for the meantime?"

Prince Morloch was lost in thought and got startled after hearing what Zerha said. "Yes!" He responded without hesitations.

Zerha made a questioning look. Huh? That fast? I didn't expect him to just say yes that fast. Well, that is good then! She thought happily. She was about to speak but Ecanus shouted. "Let us stay at your place as well!"

"Yes!/ He's right!" Garren and Foxy agreed.

Prince Morloch was surprised. "What?" Aren't they humans? Are they not scared that the King might find out? This is not a place for them, do they not think, what if other demons will find out? There are demons that are aggressive, they will attack if they find out there are intruders. Prince Morloch looked at Zerha whose eyes were hoping he would agree.

Prince Morloch sighed in defeat and spoke. "Fine. But don't cause any trouble. I will be watching all of you. Also, don't let others know that you are human. I will not protect you if the King or any demons will find out." Prince Morloch said coldly. "Let's go."

"Guys, are you sure you want to stay in the Demon Kingdom?" Zerha asked as she approached them.

"Of course! And I can kill demons secretly." Ecanus grinned. Though Garren hit his head. "You stupid angel! We won't save you if the Demon Prince will cut off your head." Garren said, getting annoyed by him. Ecanus ignored what Garren said and spoke. "He is no match for me!" Ecanus laughed arrogantly. All of them just made a poker face.

"We don't want to stay in human land without you, Master," Garren said.

"Also it's a good idea that you choose to stay in the Demon Kingdom, Master. Perhaps you already know that you became a fugitive, right Master?" Foxy asked. All of them suddenly realized something, they forgot about that thing, especially Zerha, after she got released from the dungeon, it never crossed her mind again.

Ah, f**k. I totally forgot that I became a wanted demon, she thought. "Ah, yes before I got here, Sage and I---" Zerha didn't finish his sentence when Prince Morloch called them.

"What are you still doing? Let's go," he said coldly while dragging one of the unconscious criminals who has a bulky body.

Uh...does he need to drag him? They all thought while looking at the criminal in pity.

They continued walking while the two demon knights guarded the two criminals as they walked.

"Send these three to the dungeon. And don't tell the King what happened earlier or about these people's existence. You know the consequences if you disobey me. Understood?" Prince Morloch said after they arrived at the main gate of the castle. The two demon knights flinched and quickly nodded their heads repeatedly.

Prince Morloch also reminded the guards of the main gate that they should not spout anything to the King that he brought companions with him. And threaten them if they won't follow his orders. The demon guards gulped."Y-Yes, Your Highness!" They replied nervously.

Before they entered the castle, Prince Morloch surrounded them with his dark magic to at least conceal their human smell. All of them got on their guard when they saw him releasing his dark magic, but Zerha told them that it was fine, he wouldn't do anything and all of them calmed down.
