Jisung POV

it's been a month living a life as a university students. I make a good friendship with people there and I had to do a lot of assignments. But I noticed, winter started to change. She's really quiet, she doesn't involve in any activity, she will avoid us if we ask her to eat together or go out together and she look...pale. " what happen to winter? I guess she look okay at the first day. " Yangyang said while bitting his apple. " She also look pale " jisoo added. " Did you guys notice, she never wear short sleeves and short pants. She always use long-sleeve and oversized pants " younghoon continue the topic. " Maybe she prefer using baggy outfit? " I interrupt them while my eyes still focused on book in front of me. " Yeah, you guys overthink about it. Come on, maybe she's not an extrovert as we guess " gaeul support my opinion and heeseung hesitate. " Hey guys, there she is " yangyang point at a figure that they just talked about. " Hey winter. " Younghoon called out for her name and she stopped for a while. She look at us and politely bow before continue walking. But younghoon stand up and stopped right in front of winter. " Give me your hand " younghoon look at winter and all of us in a silent mode watching younghoon behavior. Winter seems to hesitate and she try to walk but younghoon hold his arm. She try to pull back her arm and younghoon try to pull her sleeve up. " Younghoon, stop it ! " Jisoo try to stop younghoon and suddenly winter sleeve had been pull up revealing a lot of scar on her arm. All of us gasp and too stunned to speak. Winter pull her arm from younghoon grip and she slap younghoon right on the face before running away from us. Jisoo look shock and same goes to younghoon.

" WHY DID YOU DO SUCH A THINGS?! THAT IS HER PRIVACY" now all of us listened to jisoo's blabbering towards younghoon. She look very mad for what younghoon does. " At least we know the truth right " younghoon look away, crossing his arm while jisoo give a death stare at him. " Guys relax... Let's just stop being busybody " yangyang try to calm both side and he grab jisoo shoulder and lead her to sit down beside gaeul. I sigh and started to pack my things in my backpack. " Jisung, where are you going? " Gaeul look at me and I zipped my backpack. " Find winter and say sorry. " I am about to walk away but gaeul hold my arm. " I am with you " she grab her things and we both walk away from our circle to find winter. " Now, how do we find her? " Gaeul and I had checked all the area of university but there is no sign of winter. " I don't have any idea. " I replied to gaeul question.

We decided to walk outside the university since gaeul ask me to accompany her to a park near our university. I look around the park and I saw a lot of kids playing around. My gaze turn to gaeul that is taking a photo of a flower. " So you like photography? " I take a step closer to her and she nodded. " Yeah, kinda. I like to take a picture of pretty things or subject that look perfect in my eyes. " She smile and I go to somewhere else. Gaeul just look at me and blink her eyes. I pluck a fresh flower after looking around and I come back to gaeul. " Here, this flower look more beautiful. " I smile and she look at the flower. She slowly take the flower and a smile formed on her face. She take a photo of the flower that I gave to her and she said " thanks jisung, you're pretty good in choosing a beautiful subject. You have a women taste " I clear my throat after she said women taste. While gaeul busy looking at her picture, I notice someone that look familiar sitting on a bench. I walk to the bench and it's take a second for gaeul to notice I am away from her. " Hey jisung ! " She called for my name and I sit next to the person. I am not wrong, it is winter. She try to run away after noticing me but gaeul success to block the way. " Hey winter, sit down. There is nothing to scared of " gaeul try to persuade winter and she place her hand on winter shoulder, pushing the pale girl to sit back on the bench.

Her eyes and her nose is reddened. It's mean she is crying when I approach her. I take out a small box of tissue from my backpack and I immediately give it to her. " Are you okay? I mean, sorry for younghoon behavior just now. I know he is wrong so please forgive us. " I give a comfort words to her but she continues to cry out loudly. I start to panicking and I blink my eyes to gaeul as a sign to help me. Gaeul notice it and she make a " don't know " sign. I gently place my hand on winter shoulder and I start to comfort her. " Hey, don't cry... everything gonna be fine. " She suddenly place her head on my chest and I widened my eyes. Gaeul give me a weird smirk and I shake my head since I know what gaeul will do. " Jisung, I think I have a date with a hot guy this evening so I wanna go home first. You should sent winter back to her home. " She wink her eyes before leaving me with winter. " g-gaeul ! Come back– " I frustrated a lot but gaeul keep walking until she's missing from the sight of my eyes. Winter still crying and it is really awkward now. I don't know how to persuade someone since jaemin is the one who always comfort me when I need. Back to remember what jaemin does to comfort me, he'd always hug me when I need it. Well, maybe winter need a hug? I politely wrap my hand around her and start to pull her closer to hug her. I patted her head and she seems to be a bit calm.

" So, how do you feel now? " I look at her and she look more okay than before. " Fine. " She reply while eyes still looking down. " Um... If you don't mind, can I look at your scar on ur arm? " She seems to be a bit shocked and I blink my eyes. " I-it's okey if you don't want to. " I smile and she let out a small sigh. " But you have to promise me park jisung...never told anyone about this. " She pull up her sleeve and I nodded. You can trust me winter...my eyes widened after seeing a lot of scar and wound on her arm. It's look new and some of them look really bad. " What happen?! " I hold both of her hand and she keep in silent. " Let's go. " My hand is still holding her hand and I pull her to somewhere else.

I don't know what happened to you winter. But your arm, seems badly injured.
