13: The Loop

It was because when the place was first made no one wanted to live there because of the barrier that stopped them from getting out or knowing what was outside. So he created a loop and gave everyone he could fake memories to make them have no reason to leave.

[Kalpas]

So he did that only to make people live there?

[Kioshi]

Yeah, before he started that loop everyone hated that god which made him very angry.

[Kalpas]

Woah... That's insane.

[Kioshi]

I agree..

[Kalpas]

Okay, so the blessed people are the only ones that might be able to feel that they're in a loop or break out of it, or cause the loop to change every minute, right?

[Kioshi]

Yeah.

[Kalpas]

And the blessed people are the only ones that can change the loop.

[Kioshi]

Mhm.

[Kalpas]

But who exactly blessed them?

[Kioshi]

Remember the ghost girl I was talking about in the start?

[Kalpas]

I do.

[Kioshi]

She was created by that god to help him at first. But then she really hated the idea of doing that to the people so she kept blessing some of them every while.

[Kalpas]

That's so nice of her... But how was her creator unable to remove the blessings?

[Kioshi]

She was somehow stronger than him. I don't really know how or why but I don't really care.

[Kalpas]

You don't care about anything, do you?

[Kioshi]

We aren't supposed to even care.

[Kalpas]

..Makes sense..... But why didn't he kill all the people with the blessings?

[Kioshi]

Because he wanted the place to grow. Plus they wouldn't know they're blessed unless they noticed. If they notice they're outside of the loop or causing the loop or to keep changing then congratulations to them.

They wouldn't be able to get killed by then.

[Kalpas]

Why?

[Kioshi]

Because the ghost girl wouldn't let any of the citizens forget. And that god didn't want to kill the witnesses or people who found out each time. So he'd just do nothing.

[Kalpas]

Woah, she sounds really powerful.

[Kioshi]

Yeah, yeah, whatever.
Kohako asked Mio if she could to go get Su and tell him everything. Mio agreed and went to his house.

She kept knocking a lot loudly on the door which woke up Su. Su at first was half asleep but then when he realized that someone was knocking on the door he thought that sometimes happened to his sister so he jumped off his bed and ran to the door.

He found Mio standing outside. She told him to come with him to the shrine. Su quickly got dressed and told Mio he's ready. They both walked to the shrine while Mio was telling Su everything she told Kohako.
