Su kept always helping Kohako whenever she needed anything. Su also used to keep apologizing to Kohako and Kohako would just tell him that she forgives him.
Su noticed that there was a little girl that was really close to Kohako. By looking at her Su thought she was a 6 years old little girl who maybe Kohako once helped. He didn't know anything about what happened while claiming to be sick, of course.
Kohako started walking again and she'd always visit the little girl at a small park. The little girl would always follow a little boy. They seem really close like siblings and the little girl would always try her best to keep the little boy safe. Su didn't know what their names were and never asked because he didn't really care. He only wanted Kohako to be fine for now.
The "little girl"'s name was "Mio". Yes, she's the doctor that helped Kohako. Mio has a little secret that only Kohako knows because they're pretty close. Mio is actually a girl who's actually hundreds of years old. Mio got a curse to stop aging which caused her to be forever immortal in her child's body forever. But that didn't really affect her learning.
Mio was really clever and had quite a high IQ. Her job as a doctor is kept a secret and only patients who usually won't remember her are the ones that get helped by her. She's a really good doctor and the best one in the city.
Mio was alive for a long time and one day she accidentally entered the mysterious mountains area and of course got trapped inside. Then she found a little boy who offered to be friends with her. He let her stay at his house, eat with him and always wanted Mio to stay with him because she made him feel safe.
The little boy's name was "Yuri" his parents told him that they're gonna leave the city then come back to take him with them but years passed and they never came back. Apparently his parents kept trying so hard to pass the invisible barriers and leave this place but they ended up getting sliced to bits by a mysterious figure and thrown around the mysterious mountains on the other side.
Yuri never found out what happened to his parents because no one inside knows what's going on outside and vice versa. That's why Mio decided to take good care of him.
