Halloween on my block

Today makes a year. I'm nervous for it to strike midnight.

Oct 31st

"Please." I say holding my hands up.

"Who's a pretty girl."

"You asshole." I say out loud.

"Rose!" I turn my head, taking the headsets off. I put them down on the desk, pausing the game.

Wondering.

I walk down the hallway to him, he sees me and smiles. He's laying on his bed reading something, he pats  the bed.

"I thought it was important." I say to him crossing my arms. He stops reading and gasps in disbelief.

"Well sitting with my girlfriend is important, thank you very much." He says fake smiling and I mock him.

"I was playing a quick game." I say pointing down the hallway to the room I was in.

"We can play games right here." He says twirling his fingers on the bed.

I blink a couple times and he laughs at me.

"You keep playing that stupid game." He says groaning out , he rubs his eyes.

"It wasn't stupid when you introduced me to the game, now was it?" I say to him he gets up from the bed trying to grab me.

I move away while laughing, he comes to after I backed up in the hallway. He picks me up placing me beside him on his bed.

"Can you stay still." He says and I keep laughing since he doesn't realize he's tickling me in a way.

"Move your hands then." I say while laughing, he moves his hands away and I stop laughing.

He lays in between my legs and gives me a hug around my waist. I rub his head laughing at him, he lifts his legs up kicking them just to be funny.

"My baby rose, will you go with me to the park today?" He says to me poking my stomach.

"Sure babe." I say back to him, he nods his head trying to cover up his smile.

He always gets flustered whenever I call him babe. I've never called him baby, I feel like if I do he would pass out.

"We need to celebrate." He says lifting up , he hits me with a pillow.

I reach for one and hit him with it.

We do that for another minute and he leans down kissing me.
