My heart is beating through my chest
Blood dripping down slowly
I've been trying to hold back
But now, please, have all of me
So you will not walk awayBut then again, if you will
I'll drag myself with heavy thoughts
Through wherever you need me
To follow you back home
Even though I'm unwantedTake my feelings and my heart
Crush them if you must
If it means I'll get to stay
Between your fingertips
For a little while longerI don't even need my dignity
You took that from me long ago
You can keep it if you'll press your lips
Against mine just one more time
Because you got me hooked on thatThis might be a dead end for me
But I have your footsteps
To pass away in slowly
So it's all gonna be okay
The air you breathed, will be my last
And I don't regret a single thing.
