Police were investigating a case to the murder of a family. Nobody could figure it out, the culprit had to be extremely intelligent to stump these police. However, there was a certain purple haired boy silently laughing in the background... The police had to call in a boy named Shuichi Saihara, who was one of the youngest detectives. Don't let his age fool you, despite him only being 16, he's solved cases that no one else could. There weren't many clues to go by, not even the murder weapon was found. The only thing they were able to tell was that each victim had stab wounds. This culprit was really good if he could stump Shuichi. They had to hold the investigation during the week days because Shuichi had school, and they couldn't do this without him. "We have a new student, try not to kill him!" The annoying bear then took off, Monokuma wasn't the most efficient teacher. "Not even going to introduce me? Fine, I'll do it myself!" The new student seemed incredibly childish, maybe it was just be the way he spoke or how short he was, but he could easily be mistaken for a fourth grader. "I'm Kokichi Ouma, and I'll be your worst nightmare!" The one known as Kokichi said that in a childish tone, but there was a hint of evil in his eyes. Shuichi didn't think much of it, after all he thought 'He looks too innocent to actually be anyone's nightmare'. Shuichi had never been more wrong. The day went by as usual, then it was lunch. Everyone swarmed around the short boy asking many questions about him like 'Why did you move here?' 'Where are you from?' and 'Do you want to be friends?' Shuichi avoided that crowd, the detective absolutely hated crowds. But he managed to catch a glimpse of Kokichi's face, and it looked annoyed. Maybe he wasn't much of a fan of crowds either? Meanwhile, Kokichi was revisiting the urge to kill every single person who wouldn't shut up. He had a butter knife, so if would be possible, but he didn't exactly want people to know he's psychotic. Especially after hearing that there was a detective in his class, the short boy knew he had to be extra careful of his actions. There was one person who annoyed Kokichi the most, and that was non other than Kaito Momota, luminary of the stars. "Why are you so short for your age? Did your parents not give you enough milk growing up?" Kaito was pissing Kokichi off until he finally snapped and punched him in the nose. Everyone took that as a warning to leave him alone, and Kokichi turned on his innocent and childish personality once more. Once again, the day proceeded as usual and it was time to leave school. Shuichi had to go back to the investigation of the murdered family. "We think we know what the weapon was!" A police officer then pulled out what looked like a broken shard of glass. "We found it hidden under some pillow cushions," the glass shard was immediately sent to a lab for testing. Shuichi found it odd that the killer would be lazy enough to just hide the glass, especially after all the effort of trying to cover up the crime. Then Shuichi realized something, "They want us to catch them, to play their little game. I have a feeling if they kill anyone else, it's going to relate back to this family." Shuichi was half right, the culprit wanted them to play their game, but not to be caught. Shuichi now had to figure out who was behind this, and why they were doing this. Meanwhile, the purple haired culprit was about to make his next move, he swore vengeance on those who wronged him, and if turning into a killer was what it took, then so be it.
