During their celebration of Vex, someone started banging on Everglen's door. "I'll go get the door," Tam said, and he walked downstairs. CRASH! BOOM! "AHHHHH," Tam screamed. "THE NEVERSEEN." Biana's face went white and she started hugging Vex. Vex was crying. Dex was frantically trying to find a device to help them. Linh and Wylie were putting Lyla in a hiding place. Tam was screaming. And Keefe.... Keefe was more angry then he had ever been before.
He started running down the stairs. He was done hiding... He was going to kill as many of them as he could. Soon he saw it. Tam was bloody and almost dead. And... and he got even angrier. Keefe was about to attack the Neverseen... But Tam... Keefe had to save him. Keefe looked at Tam and started carrying him up the stairs.
Keefe raced up the stairs. The Neverseen was hot on his tail. He darted and twisted. Scampered in and out of rooms. Until... He came to a balcony. "Oh shoot," Keefe cursed. But without question he jumped. He closed his eyes and levitated to break their fall, hoping that they would survive.
