"I'm going to take her home," Wylie said. The two light leaped away, fighting back tears.
Everyone was traumatized. Keefe... was... crying... no not crying, bawling his eyes out. This was not happening. This COULD NOT be happening. He just lost Elwin and Tam, his friend...maybe he wanted Tam to be more than his friend after Sophie... well he didn't want to think about that either. I am the most horrible friend ever!! he thought.
Later, they laid the bodies out on beds in Fitz's old bedroom, each of them together. Everyone got time to say goodbye. When it was Keefe's turn he said goodbye to Elwin by laying Mrs. Stinkbottom near him. When he went over to Tam. He said goodbye and left the room.
