Keefe looked at the scratched out words. What does it mean? Keefe thought. He was only trying to distract himself from breaking down. But it wasn't working. Keefe started crying, the tears dripping down his face. Suddenly, he realized that someone was hailing him. He looked at the imparter and saw that it was Biana. Keefe answered the imparter.
"Hi, Keefe. Did you find anything?" Biana asked. Vex came up to the screen and licked it. "Vex!" Biana teased as she set Vex on her lap.
Keefe shook his head, "Nothing really, Just...just old letters from Sophie..." His expression gave the secret away.
"Oh, Keefe, it's okay." Edaline said, coming up behind him. But Keefe felt her emotions and she didn't seem so sure.
"Where's G-grady?" Keefe asked, he felt anger rising.
"GET OUT! Get out Get out Get out...." she cried, wiping the tears off her face. "When Sophie... died... He went crazy and controlled the councillors to.... kill them. Then the Neverseen executed him..." She was crying.
"Goodbye," Keefe whispered, leaving her with her feelings.
