"Your dad is... gone." Keefe whispered.  
"OKAY..." she said sarcastically, "okay, what's happening?"
          "YOUR DAD IS DEAD!!" Keefe yelled, heartbreak lacing his voice. "I saw him do it... he's gone." Keefe began to cry, the tears flowing faster and faster..
	"So you're telling the truth," she said with tears in her eyes.
	Keefe nodded his head.
	"YOU'RE LYING!!!!!!!!!!" she yelled.  "MY DAD IS ALIVE!!!!! He has to be." The last part morphed into a whisper, a plea.
	Keefe fell to the ground, his tears forming a puddle on the ground "I couldn't do anything... I'm so...so-so s-s-sorry." Keefe replied, blubbering. Elwing kicked him.
	"Get up, you big whiny oaf," Elwing said to Keefe, slapping him across the face. The pain brought him back to reality.
	"Let's go back to Everglen..." Keefe said.
