"Hello, my name is Courtney Anders. I'm a special person. Your thinking cool the presidents daughter. No your wrong, not even close. Have you heard about Greek mythology like gods and demigods. If not your about to. You see that's me I'm one of them, a demigod and I'm hear to share my story. You might be like I've heard this before I know about percy. Well my story is different me and my friends were not just demigods were host and, oh! I'm getting ahead of myself. So for now here is my story from the start."

I'm so happy to day is the last day of school. I go to WMS well now WHS I'm a freshman. I live in Westbrook Mississippi with my dad. My best friend lives here with her dad. PIt's kinda funny I've never met my mom and she's never met her mom either. I feel bad for her, well Melody. Any way I got to get ready for school(close above). I'm ready for school lets get this over with.

Right now I'm going to lunch with my bff Melody. We were walking outside with our lunch when I bumped into something, a wall. Wait walls don't move I gasped and looked up. A guy was looking down at me. He had black hair and blue eyes, so kinda cute. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry" I said. "It's okay it was my fault" he said. I nodded and started to pick up my bag I dropped, while he picked up his books. It was awkward but he introduced himself "hi my names Jacob but you can call me Jake". "Nice to meet you Jake" I said. But it was still weird but lucky me I have a bff to save me. "Come on let's go now"Melody said. "Bye" both me and Jake say. When me and Melody get outside she laughs at me "haha I bet you thought he was a wall haha""no way""yes way" we argue. After a little bit I laugh with her and we let it go.

Then throughout the school we heard"to the office Ms. Anders, Ms. Strikes, and Mr. Fisher." We go to the office and see Jake. But before any of us can talk Mrs. Carson turns into a bat winged creature and screeched " your times up now". We all scream and try to run until a dude (wait does he have goat legs) barged in and started playing a set of pipes will vines were growing around the monster. "Grover what are you doing here" Jake yelled at him. Me being me yelled"saving are lives that's what". Grover has the monster held down but not for long. Then he sees my necklace and tells me to push the middle stone. I do so and it turns into a bow with a quiver full of arrows on my back. I pulled one out its tip is silver"shoot it" Grover yells. After I did the monster turned into gold dust. "Come on we got to get you three out of here" Grover said.

After we went by both Jake and Melody's houses we went to mine. While Grover was talking to my dad along with Jack me and melody went to my bedroom to pack. After we were done we went down stairs. My dad took out a small bag and gave it to me he said if any of us got hurt to use it only then and only a little bit. He told Grover and Jake to watch over me and to keep me away from any danger. He gives us his truck and Grover drives. The only thing Grover told us is that we're going to camp.
