POV: Charlie

I woke up the next morning and decided to go to the gym to do a workout and then set up everything before the girls arrive for their gym work.

On my way down I went to the kitchen and gave the chefs the meal plans I had made. I hope this all goes to plan.

I arrived at the gym and it was 7:45 The girls arrive here at 8 so I guess I'll do my workout after.

I started setting up everything for the session.

After while people started coming in. I was talking to lucy and Keira when I felt this weight on my back.

Ch: g get off me (laughing)
G: I missed you
Ch: well I hope you got loads of rest
G: are we going to be friends after this all?
G: yes because you will win anyways it's time to start

Ch: everyone gather around.

Everyone sat or stood somewhere close.

Ch: okay to introduce myself. My name is Charlie white. I'm going to be doing all your gym work with ye and I've done up all your meal plans. As today you don't have pitch training we are doing strength tests.
Millie: we all know who's the strongest
Lucy: yeah me you donut

I laughed

Ch: I'm not asking for crazy things off all of you. Just that you show me the respect that I show you and you train will full intensity. The sessions aren't that long and we can have all the fun too.

G: yes we can
Ch: shut up g. Anyways let's start with bench

The bar is 20 so everyone did that first. I put two fives on and it knocked some people out.

We were up to 60 and it was just millie and lucy left.

Millie: okay 65 is my bitch

Millie tried and she was close but failed

Lucy tried after and failed

I was laughing

Ch: okay well done everything.

Meado: I hope your enjoying watching us working out. You job is easy
Ch: I'm laughing because I could bench , deadlift and squat more then all of you
Lucy: lies
Less: she's not at all

I was listening to them debating but all I could see was Leah looking at me for all this time.

While they were in a group I laid down on the bench and lifted the weight with ease.

Lucy: okay show off
Ch: when your good ....... Your good

We moved onto the squat

I did a demonstration of form.

POV: Georgia

I was standing beside Leah and while Charlie was squatting she went a bit red.

G: I know your not blushing right now
L: I'm not
G: I don't blame you to be fair. She is amazing
L: got a crush have we
G: I have a boyfriend
L: I'm joking
G: you've got a crush though
L: yeah but I fuck it up every time and she likes less

I burst out laughing

G: she doesn't like less!!
Ch: Georgia you ready?
G: yeah

POV: Charlie

We finished up in the gym and went to go get food. I sat down at a table by myself. I liked to research about the players positions and if they have any weak points to work on and what exercises they need for them. I was in the middle of doing up Lauren hemps when I had a tap on my shoulder.

Lucy: you know what kid. I really like the food
Ch: I didn't make it
Lucy: yes but it's still delicious
Ch: well your welcome

Lucy sat down

L: so what is it your doing?
Ch: going through everyone on the team. Studying their strong and weak points. What they need to be exercising and what they don't.
L: hope Serena is paying you good money for that. I didn't know anyone had to do that.
Ch: oh no I don't have to. I was given a pretty basic plan for you all to follow but I think that properly helping everyone as an individual is perfect. Strength test is only so I know what weights to write down.
L: dam I didn't know you liked England football that much
Ch: I just tell people I know nothing about it so they don't ask. Causes less fights
L: I get you. Anyways I'll let you get back to your work.
Ch: bye lucy

I continued doing my work until I got to Leah. I was staring at her name. Leah Williamson. Such a perfect name.

I was day dreaming while staring at her name

Unknown: you know if you want to know about me you should just ask
Ch: huh what?
Leah: you don't need to look me up on your laptop
Ch: shut up
Leah: how've you been
Ch: not right now Leah
L: okay I'm sorry but please
Ch: stop Leah we will talk when I want to and anyways shouldn't you be with Jordan or whoever it is
L: it's not like that
Ch: mhm okay
