It's a beautiful day outside

"Ugh, I can't believe Alphys would give us homework involving our quirks, like does she WANT to humiliate me?" Kris, a brown haired teenager, complains to his mother as she is setting the table for dinner.

"Oh come on honey, I'm sure she just forgot about it. After all it is the crunch season for teachers since people your age are going to apply to, most likely, hero courses soon." Toriel, a white furred goat and Kris' mom, said with a caring tone.

Oh, you're probably confused a bit, well here's Kris' boring story!

He lives in a world with 2 main 'races'. Humans, and Monsters. At first they didn't get along but eventually they managed to work something out or whatever. Not the point. A couple hundred years ago or so, however, Humans and Monsters began to develop 'quirks' which were basically super powers. Just about everyone had one and they ranged from breathing fire to literally tearing pieces of yourself off without struggle. And then there's the quirkless people, Humans or Monsters without a quirk to call their own. Kris was one of them, which was unfortunate since he now lived in his siblings' shadows forever.

"Hey mom!" Speak of the devils.

Kris groaned internally as his sisters walked into the kitchen, each as happy as can be. There was Chara, the one who he despises the most. Her quirk was DETERMINATION, which was seen as an OP kind of quirk. How? Well pretty much if Chara really wanted to do something then she just magically gains the ability to do so. Last week's a good example actually. Chara wanted to jump to the top of the house to flex her dominance. After about an hour or 2 she was able to easily leap from the ground and onto the roof.

Frisk was actually nice, but she was still a nuisance. Her quirk was Emotion Read. She could read someone's emotions and all that junk. Frisk was actually trying to become a therapist, which is quite alright by Kris' point of view. What ISN'T nice is the fact that she's completely oblivious to everyone around her, always assuming the best and never really staying on one bad topic for too long.

He also had an older brother, once upon a time, but he'd rather never tread that ground again.

"Ah, my children, you seem to be in a good mood today." Toriel commented, setting plates full of food down for Frisk and Chara.

"Yep! I actually managed to stop a fight today at school." Frisk beamed at her own words. Kris scoffed at her words though.
