Waking up early to go to the Auditorium wasn’t easy for Melina. She was exhausted and the previous night she saw a strange dream. She was in the middle of a Labyrinth and behind her was a flying blue circle. Suddenly she heard noises and two creatures with black wings like bats came towards her with swords in their hands. Melina didn’t hesitate as they approached; she started fighting with the creatures and her white wings came from her back and made a wall in front of the gate. Her sword was like it had his mind on its own and her body automatically was dodging and jumping, until the two creatures lay in front of her. Melina flapped her wings in front of the creatures and their body became dust and disappeared. Then she tossed her head backwards, closed her eyes and started chanting. Then words came from her mouth like a song, a sweet melody and her wings started growing and growing and growing and her body was changing and becoming smaller and longer. This continued until she became the most beautiful all white mare. The mare stand at her back legs and flapped her wings. Then… Melina woke up dazzled, her head was hurting like crazy but she had to go to the Auditorium. Little had she thought about her dream, even if she remembered it crystal-clear.
Heading to the Auditorium she meet Aria, who accidentally had gone 100 meters away of the Auditorium and had crashed on Melina. Both girls headed to the Auditorium. Aria had a pretty nice gift. She would think of the place she wanted to go and pouf! She was there!!! It was really useful when you are bored to walk. Melina knocked the door of the Auditorium and this old man opened it with a who-are-you-what-do-you-want look. But when he saw Melina, he bowed and let Melina and Aria pass.
The Auditorium had 4 rooms. The kitchen, the room when the council was having its meetings, the ‘play-room’, and the gym. Melina guessed that they had to go to the gym so Aria and she headed towards there.
Into the gym there was already Mika, Nola, Maria, Alexandra, Bill, Sandra, Nilio, Felipe and a tall young man with dark brown hair and really muscular. When the man saw Melina and Aria, he went and greeted them.
“I guess you are Melina and Aria. I am Andrea. Nice to meet you! Come, we were going to begin the lesson.” Said the manand lead the girls at the center of the gym with the other Gaiters.
“The first thing you have to know about sword fighting is; never turn your back to your enemy.” Said Andrea and with these few words an 8-hour-lesson started, full of dodging and jumping. By the end of the lesson the Gaiters were all exhausted.
“All right kids, see y’ all tomorrow morning, same time, same place!” said Andrea. They reply of course was a hunch of groans and I’m- going- to- kill -you stares but Andrea didn’t seem to notice.
Melina went straight to her house slowly because every bone of her body has trembling and hurting.
“How did it go?” asked her mother “Are you fine?”
“Do I look like fine?” murmured Melina under her breath.
“Yes mom, perfectly fine” said Melina loudly
“You don’t look like fine…I will make you some tea” said her mother and went to the kitchen.
“Thanks” said Melina
After having a hot shower and changed clothes, Melina laid on her bed and slept almost immediately.
