I had to wake jah up at 6:00 cause waking up at 5:00 is suicide. We arrived at gold gym I'm hitting legs glutes abs and arms. I rarely hit arms cause I don't want to be bulk.

"True" she says before putting her arm around my shoulder until my phone started blowing up. I picked it up see 99+ tiktok notifications and 9 missed calls from jah.
"What?" I asked over the phone "can you by me a lighter" he asked "why didn't you bring your own" I say in a baby voice "don't be a dickhead".
"I wish you'd be as quite as jay" I spoke "yall be dragging it I'm not that quite" I heard Jay say "hi jay" I say.
"What's up lil ma" he say, I heard that the phone dropped and then I heard dd DDot and notti bickering "can you buy us a lighter pretty please" dd shouted "PLEASE" notti shouted "I beg you" DDot shouted.
