D tier are the Pokemon that, well, aren't the greatest at attacking...

Also Pikachu, Infernape, Greninja, Gengar, and Lucario get alt forms for Cap/Z-Move, Blaze, Battle Bond, G-Max, and Mega Evolution.

C are the Pokemon that can attack, but it takes a little while still.

B are the now good ones who can outclass certain Pokemon or keep up with them, like Rowlet, Bulbasaur, and Naganadel. Also G-Max Gengar is way superior to regular Gengar, it's just Gengar needs the gimmick to be good mostly!

A are some of the best attackers, and yes, I put Blaze Infernape over Battle Bond Greninja, Mega Lucario, and Pikachu, and regular Infernape over Charizard, the reason is, do you remember how BUSTED that thing is?! Yeah that is more powerful than regular Pikachu, but I wouldn't say it's better because it's condition is to be LOW HP!

Now, S tier has Cap Pikachu, this thing, with less than half the attacking power, almost KO'd Steven's Shiny Mega Metagross after it got hit bit a 85 base power Fishous Rend, and even then, one Iron Tail knocked it out.

Also, if you can one shot Gastradon with Quick Attack, hurt Latios (resists Electric, and has high Special Defense) so badly it needed LIGHT SCREEN to just keep fighting back, and overpower an Ability that MAKES ELECTRIC ATTACKS USELESS, AND STILL KO WITH IT, WITH THAT SAID ATTACK you are more overpowered than Lucario's giant Aura Sphere!

Also for the math:

195/7 = 27.8571428571 this is the calculated amount of base power at least one bolt of the Z-Move has (195 is 10 Million Volt Thunderbolt's in game Base Power!) without a crit.

27.8571428571 times 3 is 83.5714285713, or for this the minimum amount of damage logically speaking three of the seven bolts in 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt does, without a crit.

41.7857142857 this is how much base power one bolt has WITH a critical hit!

125.357142857 how much base power at least three bolts has also with a critical hit!

Now that, plus Fishious Rend damage of 127.5 base power from Dracovish, because Dracovish was not faster than Metagross due to Agility in that and just stopped it but has Strong Jaw, and that resisted hit from Iron Tail at the end, adds up to a total of: 252.857142857 base power with the critical hit on all three of the bolts!

I don't even know if that's good or not!

...but even then, GEEZ that move is busted, whether or not all the bolts hit!
