Max

I walked into Lucas's house and I saw him crying on the couch. I rushed over to him and comforted him.

Max - "Lucas, what's wrong? What happened?"

He looked at me still crying.

Lucas - "My parents....Erica....they died in a car crash."

Max - "Oh baby, I'm so sorry."

I laid his head on my chest and he continued to cry.

Max - "It's okay. It's okay. I'm here."

Lucas - "Please don't leave."

Max - "I'll never leave you. I'll always be here. I love you."

Lucas - "I love you, too."

I continued to comfort Lucas until he fell asleep on my lap. I rubbed his tears away from his face.

Max - "I'll always be here for you and I'll always love you."
