dove picked up instantly, and her beautiful face lit up my phone screen. "Hi baby". I said smiling at the camera. "Hi princess, you look so pretty". Doves voice echoed softly through the speaker. "How have you been baby, I've missed you so much". Dove said with a pout on her lips. I propped the phone up on the vanity I was sitting at so I could finish my makeup "I've been focusing on work and trying to hang out with friends." Dove has been in New York for a month, it started as a week but she's had multiple new opportunities come up, and she always asks me if it's ok before taking them because she knows how hard this long distance has been on us both, but I love and support her so I always tell her to take them.
She smiled, picking up her phone and walking around the place where she was staying. "Are you doing your makeup for yourself or are you going somewhere?"I stopped for a second to focus my attention more on dove "I'm going to lunch at 1 with Camila, Madelaine, Lili and Vanessa and then we are going back to Mads house to chill". She sat her phone down and I assumed she was getting ready to prepare food cause she was grabbing dishes and ingredients. "What's new with you, besides boyfriend finally releasing of course".
She laughed probably remembering all of the times I begged her to release the song , because I knew it would be the one, it is so good. "Nothing much, I think I'm almost done here, also when I get back I was thinking we should take a trip".
I looked up intrigued, I loved traveling and going knew places so I was down for whatever. "Where do you want to go?". She began mixing something "I want to take you to Paris". I gasped, I had always wanted to go to Paris. "For any reason am I forgetting a holiday?". I said panicking a little.
She laughed lightly, "No princess I just want to treat you and spend some time with you in a new place. I also know that you've wanted to go to Paris for a while. I smiled,"ok I'm down let's go". She clapped excitedly "yay I'm gonna plan everything and make reservations tonight , I'm so excited. Is there anything specific you want to do, I know this has been on your bucketlist ".
I thought for a moment "honestly just spending time with you would make me the happiest, we could go to Pont des Arts and put a lock on the bridge". She smiled, dove and I were both into that sentimental shit. "Awwww baby of course that's so cute".
We continued talking for a bit until I had to go because I was meeting up with my friends soon. I made sure I grabbed my stuff, fed the cat and I headed to the restaurant.
