Yandere says: Aren't you going to check your candy?

"Why would I?"

"Just in case. You never know what happens to them after someone buys them."

(Y/n) and their best friend for years were walking home from trick or treating. Sure, many would say they were probably too old for it but it's a night of costumes and candy. Who can say no to that?

"Have you ever heard of anyone actually messing with candy? It's just something parents tell kids so they can sneak a few pieces."

They only shrugged in response as they walked up to their front door.

"Want to see what movies they have?"

"Sure." (y/n) walked inside of the house sitting down at the couch before spilling their sweet treasures onto the coffee table. They did the same after putting on one of the Halloween movies that had been playing all day. As time went on, they began to trade candies.

"Here." They held out a piece of candy. "I'll give you this one for that one." they motioned towards a brightly wrapped candy sitting right in the middle of the pile.

The candy was one of (y/n) favorites and eagerly accepted. Once they had the candy in there. Once they got the candy in their possession, they wasted no time in gulping it down.

Another 30 minutes had passed when (y/n) had suddenly started to feel sleepy.

"I think I should start heading home." They yawned while trying to stand up, falling back onto the couch as they did.

"That's unnecessary."

"Huh?" (Y/n) question as their eyes felt heavier by the second.

"This is your home now." That was the last thing (y/n) heard before falling into a deep sleep.

Soon fall turned into winter with no sign of them anywhere. There were only two people who knew where they were and one of them hadn't found a way out yet. Maybe if they had checked the wrapper, they would have seen that there was a small hole near the fold.
