Chapter 10- We dance together

Ruhi's POV....

Ruhan is really mysterious, and I haven't figured him out yet. But he's genuinely kind, to me I mean to all of us actually. He even introduced us to more of his friends, who turned out to be super nice and friendly.

And after that...?
Well, Ruhan came up to me and asked if I wanted to dance. I was a bit unsure, but he managed to persuade me. While we were dancing, I couldn't help but notice someone looking pretty jealous from the sidelines. Turns out, it was none other than Sharlin.

Now we dance together. No loud music is playing. It's claiming.

Ruhan- So.. Are you feeling comfortable?
Ruhi- A little bit.
Ruhan- Alright, just "a little bit." Have you attended parties before?
Ruhi- Not recently, it's been quite a while.
Ruhan- I see.
Ruhi- So, is there anyone else in your family?
Ruhan- Yes, I have my Mom, Dad, and one sister.
Ruhi- Nice.
Ruhan- Hmm.
Ruhi- Btw, where do they live?
Ruhan- They live in a different town.
Ruhi- I understand.
Ruhan- How about your family?
Ruhi- It's just my mom and me.
Ruhan- I see. By the way, I must say you look absolutely stunning in that black dress.
Ruhi- Thank you.

In a sudden playful move, Sharlin pushed us, causing our conversation to be cut short as we moved away from each other. Anshi quickly pulled me back towards her side.

Anshi- What is her problem? Actually, she couldn't stand you together.
Ruhi- Let it go.
Anshi- How can I?
Ruhi- It's okay nah, Anshi.
Anshi- Look, Jealousy is visible in her eyes.
Ruhi- Wanna go home bestie?
Anshi- Yesh bestie. Let's go.

Ruhan's Pov....

Ruhan- What the hell Sherlin? What are you doing?
Sharlin- Ruhan, actually Kathy pushed me so I couldn't manage.
Ruhan- (Where she did go?)
Sharlin- Ruhan, will you dance with me?
Ruhan- I'll be right back.
Sharlin- But, Ruhan...

After an hour in Anshi's home...

Anshi- I really want to break her face.
Ruhi- Are you still stuck with the same thing?
Anshi- I'm getting angry.
Ruhi- Calm down my friend. Calm down. What will happen to me if the police arrest you for breaking her face? Then who will make me coffee without sugar?
Anshi- Ruhi... I'll kill you.
Ruhi- Oh my god! You are wild.
Anshi- Now I'll eat you.
Ruhi- Noh! Don't eat me. I'm not so tasty.

(We both laughed together)

Ruhi- Hahaha...
Anshi- Hahah... Hah.
Ruhi- Love you, Anshi.
Anshi- Love you too.

At night 12 pm...

Suddenly a message appeared on my phone screen. It is Ruhan.

Ruhan- Why did you suddenly leave the party?
Ruhi- We were feeling very tired, so.
Ruhan- I apologize on behalf of Sharlin.
Ruhi- Don't worry about it.
Anshi- Who are you texting?
Ruhi- It's Ruhan. He apologizes for Sharin's behaviour.
Anshi- It's not Ruhan's fault.
Ruhi- Exactly. Okay Anshi, good night.
Anshi- Yeah, good night...
