I have Tourette's myself, so I thought it would be interesting to write about. I don't see many stories representing people with disabilities, let alone their hardships. People mostly romanticize the disorders and disabilities, so I'd also like to show the difficult side as well. It's not always "quirky" and "cute". Also, the main character's story is a little bit inspired by the 90s basketball player, Chris Jackson (Mahmoud Abdul Rauf), who also was diagnosed with Tourette's. Hope y'all enjoy❤️
