RIVALRY

C H A P T E R - 1

Third person's POV :-

Serina lived with her family. Her family consist of her mother, her father, and her two older brothers. She was sent to New York to live with her aunt when she was 7 years old. She came back to California to live with her famiy when she was 16 years old.

DING DONG

The door bell rang. Serina's mother opened the door and took the envelop from the postman. The envelop was referred to her daughter.

" SERINA " she shouted from the ground floor which was heard to the 2nd floor.

Serina's POV :-

" SERINA " 

My mother shouted from the ground floor and I almost fell from my bed. Well my mother can be like this sometimes. She clearly knows that I can hear her very well even if she doesn't shout.

I shouted back " WHAT ? "

My mother shouted again from the ground floor " You have a post referred to you "

" to me? " I said in my mind and went downstairs to bring my envelop.

I took the envelop from my mother's hand and opened it. The next thing i saw I couldn't beleive my own eyes. My jaw dropped and I almost had tears in my eyes.

" Finalllyyyy " I squealed making my family members to look at me in disbelief. I am not the type to shout over the biggest thing, but this thing just made me jump and dance. I am the biggest introvert in my house. My family members are so protective of me because of what happened two years ago.

" What happened dear ? " her mother asked in concern and her father and brothers humming in response.

" Mom, I got into The AVALON HIGH my dream high school. This is the acceptance letter. " she squealed again and hugged my family members.

Me and my family members were so happy that we all almost cried and it was the happiest moment of my life.
