Hello hello *royalty wave* Scales and Swords readers and random persons stopping by. TODAY I shall be expounding on my fictional kingdom, Kreatier. (Because I'm a poor planner who didn't execute well the exposition of my story's setting which is basically what gives my story that gist it needs to be mwah *chef's kiss*🤌)

First and foremost, Kreatier is run by a human monarchy, in a sort of feudal/capitalistic economy. There are lords and nobles, of course, but the social classes aren't necessarily hierarchical. I suppose what I mean is, individuals regardless of background can become lords and ladies and be government officials if elected and truly whatever their heart desires. And because Kreatier is a multi-racial society as you might've already picked up on from the story, the people of Kreatier are usually divided into homogeneous communities  with the exception of trade towns, which is more heterogeneous. The homogeneous communities, those consisting of only one race, function in such a way that each member has a role and function they play to uphold their respective societies as it was since the beginning of time. Now of course, their are outliers who might decide to leave their communities to live on their own or to join trade towns.

Individuals of different races are granted the right to have a marriage recognized by the church (which I will get into soon) and the state BUT! They are prohibited from conceiving. For reasons I've provided in the story.

Should they concieve a child of two different or several races, that child is to be declared to the authorities who will closely observe the child's behavior until they are old enough to serve in the Kreatian military for a minimum of five years. Which brings us to the next point: Kreatier's military.

Kreatier has always had conscription system as a result of its geographical closeness to Ogalsia, which has a more socialist economy. Due to their opposing beliefs, the two kingdoms have always one way or another found themselves in a scuffle. And so two the two kingdoms, have always had great militaries in anticipation of a conflict. Conscription in Kreatier extends to all able-bodied citizens, regardless of race and sex. By the age of 16, all children are to serve a military service of a minimum of 3 years. Military reserves, are discharged knights beyond the military age who serve in times of crisis. Usually these do not have children to take up the duty of representing a family in the military.

For a long time before the reign of King Arthur, Vuruks were subject to slavery. Anyone was able to purchase a Vurruk to be used as a slave. They were regarded as less than, without any true rights to their own being. And so upon, King Arthur's coronation he freed all Vuruks from being subject to slavery. Rather he channeled the Vuruk's capabilities into the military and thus their conscription was formed. However, their lives are and have always been regarded as mistakes and so their existence remained a crime even as they gained the 'rights' to certain mundane things. Which caused uproars throughout Kreatier, for such a half-baked law. Tensions further escalated when King Arthur had been found to have taken the life of a Ogalsian Vuruk. But anyway, we ain't going to go into that.

So, this brings us back to the royalty family. Who are believed to be the first humans to walk to earth, the humans who united all the races and provided a government system that kept the races from centuries of conflict and war. Other than their awesome mediating, humans were always seen as somewhat a gift from the gods, and so controlling the masses was already in the bag for them. Humans unlike the rest of mortals are incapable of wielding magic, absolutely none, but instead *SPOILER* the ability to take another's magic. Well, of course this ability has always been restricted to the humans of the royal family. However, once in a century, a human is granted the capabilities to the great magic sealed within them.
