"As I suspected" Jin was nervously trying to read the tests the doctor was holding across from him by Nao's bed. She had woken up briefly, but then gone back to sleep. "The temperature is high, but at least it is not rising yet, it will probably be just that, but we have to be careful with the drugs, it is not known if the fetus will tolerate a larger dose, and at this early stage, I don't want to take one risk' muttered the doctor to himself.

"Fetus, what fetus, what are you talking about?" Jin stared at him in confusion and the doctor looked up in surprise. "Your wife is pregnant, didn't you know?" Jin's eyes nearly popped out of their sockets and his throat tightened, choking him. "I...no, I didn't know" he stared into Nao's face in disbelief. Did she risk her life knowing she was pregnant? "Well, congratulations, the baby is fine, so don't worry" the doctor patted him on the shoulder and left.

Jin sighed and sat up, placing a hand on her stomach. He had no right to blame her for her choice. Teo and Tia's life before that of her unborn child, and she had done exactly what Jin would have done, she had risked her life, possibly trusting her husband to save them. "Hi baby, I'm your daddy" he stroked her belly gently, resting his chin on his hand and smiling slightly. "Do you know that you have the bravest, most beautiful and amazing mother in the world?" his eyes and hand moved to Nao's face and he smoothed the hair on her forehead, stroking it with his thumb.

"You're going to be a wonderful mother,my love,and this little creature is just the beginning" her eyelids fluttered and he smiled. "I love you baby, I love you both" Jin stood up, leaned down and kissed her lightly on the cheek, returning to his chair and staring dreamily into his beloved's face. His heart was beating wildly just at the thought of becoming a father.

"Shhh, you're going to wake them up!" Jin roughly shoved the whole group, rushing into the still sleeping Nao's room. "Them?" Namjoon raised his eyebrows. Jin carefully closed the door behind them and grinned at his brother-in-law. "Them! Nao's pregnant, man, I'm going to be a father!" Jin announced impatiently, as if informing them that he was going to be crowned king. "What?" Namjoon's jaw hit the floor and Jin chuckled. "Uncle went into shock, someone call a nurse to check his blood" he joked and crossed his arms over his chest, taking an arrogant pose.

"Man, that's great, I know how much you wanted it!" Yoongi greeted him and everyone gaped at his wide smile. "Three miracles in one day, that's too much!" Hoseok dramatically clutched his chest, faking a faint, and everyone burst into laughter. "And Woobin?" Jin suddenly became serious. "Let's just say he'll be more useful to nature now" Taehyung winked at him and Jin smiled in relief. "Good job, thank you" the boys protested, returning the topic to the baby.

"So, how does it feel? Boy or girl? What did the doctor say?" questions flooded him one after the other and Jin could barely answer them all. "Let him breathe for god's sake" Jimin pushed them off and stood in front of Jin grinning like an idiot. "Now to see you, how much fun will it be while I'm messing with you" he laughed and Jin burst out laughing, remembering all the times he'd teased Jimin for pampering his pregnant wife too much.

Jin looked away briefly as the door to his office opened and Nao slipped silently inside. He tried to keep his face serious as he answered questions from investors on the other side of the video conference call. Nao leaned against the door and Jin raised his eyebrows hearing the key turn. He answered blankly and briefly to some question, looking her up and down. Nao smirked and pushed away from the door, removing her coat, leaving only a light clean black dress that reached her mid-thighs.

She kicked her shoes to the side, leaving her coat on the couch across from his desk, then turned her back on him, lowering the blinds on the huge picture window that looked in on his employees' desks, allowing him to watch them the entire time. Jin was really trying his hardest to ignore her, but every time his gaze shifted away from the computer screen, her darkened eyes captured his.
