Cheerleader Infatuation(BoyxBoy)

Number 11{Eleven}

I bet you can imagine how school has been since Rome quite frankly stole my man. Destiny has stepped up as a friend to comfort me but at the same time I feel like I'm being a nuisance since she does have a child. I just decided to start back doing what I used to do. Work out at the school's public weight room. The football team has their own.

I walked into the weight room and sat down my backpack down. I put my AirPods into my ears and turnt on some music. First song, He's Mine, skip. Next song, Take Yo Man, that's worse. Next song, Poke it Out, that's fine.

I began working out and started to zone out for a minute. The only time I was really here in real time is whenever I had to change the song or switch the equipment I'm working out on.

"Hey dhhdhs,"I heard a voice come from the right of me.

I stood up and threw the weight down. I turned around and saw Elijah standing right there.

"What?"I said as I removed a AirPod.

"Hulk."He said

"Hulk?"I said

"Yeah you remind me of the hulk."He said

"You're very funny."I said "why are you in here?"I said

"Why are you in here."He said

"Working out."I said "kinda bored, and if you have forgot I have to pick up human beings for fun."I said

"It can't be that hard."He said

"For you it will."I said while examining his physique.

Apparently he took offense to it and charged at me. He ran at me and picked me up. He raised me up to the ceiling and yawned.

"Hm seems quite easy if you ask me."He said

"Not when you're in the moment!"I said as he then started to place me down.

After he placed me down it was silent, then we both busted out laughing for no reason.

"Hahhahah!!!"I exclaimed as I then realized he stopped laughing, "what."I said

"I have a really important question."He said

"Alright what is it?"I said

"Can you wear my jersey at the pep rally."He said "I know y'all are gonna be wearing them.."He said

I immediately thought about Dylan. He'll be fine, I smiled mentally.

"Of course."I said

"One more question."He said "will you go to homecoming with me."He said

"I uh....I'll think about it."I said

I walked out to practice and saw Rome associating with some of the other cheerleaders. Trying to find friends I see. I walked up to Destiny and hugged her.

"I can't wait until this homecoming pep rally and game."Destiny said

"Well I don't know if I can go."I said "I have my outfit already though."I said

"You see opp over there right."Destiny said as I shook my head yes.

"Let's just see how things play out."I said as she agreed.

"Alright everyone!"

The practice began and we rehearsed our walk in with the band and the cheerleaders practiced our dance for the halftime. Practice took longer today because we had to rehearse with band and learn a dance. I walked out of practice and bumped into Elijah.

"Hey Elijah."I said

"Yeah?"He said as he looked into my eyes.

"My answer is yes."I said

"Wait really?"He said as his face lit up.

"Yep."I smiled

He picked me up and hugged me. I kissed him on the cheek and smiled.
