Just a Human huh? (Vee x Gn reader)

Your p.o.v

I sigh, "Work is so boring... How do people deal with this, no one's been here in like two weeks! Yet the "boss" wants to keep it open, after all those cards got sold this place has just been dead." I say to no one.

However the door to the shop? Whatever this place is the door opened to reveal a person with a hat on and a hoodie on.

"Hello, how can I help you?" I asked. "Do you, um, have anymore of those cards?" The person asked.

"Sure do! They're in the back though, I'll be back in a minute or so." I said. The person nodded.

I walked to the back trying to find the cards, when I heard something, "I knew it! You were a demon!" It's that dumbass who calls himself the boss, and talks about witchcraft or something.

I walked out holding the cards. The person now didn't have the hat on. I ran over as the customer seemed scared. "Dude what the heck are you doing!?" I asked trying to protect the poor person from him.

"Y/N THAT THING IS A DEMON! IT'S FROM ANOTHER REALM! IT'LL KILL US ALL!" He yelled. "Yeah sure. Get away from them and stop harassing customers." I said. I grabbed the person's hand and took them to the back.

"Sorry about him, he does this stuff all the time, everyone knows that he's crazy. Anyway here's your hat." I handed it back to the person... Who really did look like a demon.

The person took the hat and quickly put it on. "You're not human are you?" I asked. The demon like thing nodded.

"That's so cool! Hey what's your name?" I asked. "Number f- Vee! My names Vee." Vee said.

"Quick question what are your pronouns?" I asked. "She/her...?" Vee said a bit confused. "Do these cards have magic? Is that why you need them?" Vee nodded.

"Well here, take these for free." I said handing her two packs of cards. "We should probably get you out of here." I said. Vee nodded as she sucked up the card?

I took Vee home and out the backdoor. Vee seemed happy. "See you later. If we ever meet again that is." I said as I waved and walked back to my work, which that dumbass is probably going to try to fire me. Even though he can't.

(Time skip)

"This realm is so weird, even if I've been here for months." Vee said. The two of us had been hanging out in my house. "Yeah, I guess this realm is weird, I've been here my whole life and I'm still confused like 90% of the time." I responded.

"What's this?" Vee asked. "That's a remote control car. It's a toy that you use this remote to well control it. It can go from left to right to just going backwards." I explained. Vee seemed interested in it. "How does it work?" She asked a bit excited.

"Well..." I said, knowing that this'll be a very long and exciting   night... For Vee that is.

(The next day)

"Y/n who's your little friend here?" My mother/father/parent figure asked. "Oh this is Vee! One of my close friends!" I said as Vee was fast asleep on my lap. "Friend? Uh-huh sure. Well I better get going to work, bye now Y/n." They said as they left.

What do they mean by that? We're just friends... RIGHT!? I MEAN I WOULDN'T MIND IF WE DATED BUT THAT WOULD BE WEIRD WOULDN'T IT? I MEAN A HUMAN AND WHATEVER VEE IS WOULDN'T BE THAT GOOD OF A COUPLE WE'RE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS, THAT WOULDN'T MAKE SENSE AND VEE WOULD PROBABLY FIND IT WEIRD IN ALL! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

And then I had a gay panic and died.
