It was near close at the bookshop, not that it's ever *really* open anyways, when a young girl entered the shop. Crowley is sprawled in the angel's desk, manning the shop's register that's never been used a day in its life; just the way Azeriphiel liked it, and the same way Crowley would keep it. Meaning for the young lady, she might as well leave now. He lifts his head now though, noticing something off about her, like she's guilty of something. He keeps an eye on her as she roams the shop, hands in her pockets; if his angel didn't like selling books he sure as hell wouldn't want one stolen, so Crowley has a tendency to watch suspicious teenagers, which he's learned are usually delightfully troublesome. He watches her tentatively pick up a book, open it, and starts to read. His eyes follow her as she takes a seat on the window sill after a few minutes of reading, seemingly too enticed in the book to realize that's not quite proper edict in a bookshop. Not that he would know, edict and all, being a demon. In his mind it was like sneaking grapes at the market without paying, or making a meal for oneself off of free samples, all of which Crowley of course claims to have invented. Made Crowley smile actually, a bit of harmless debauchery she was, and it reminded Crowley of the small bits of mischief his angel would make in much the same fashion. As if he was summoned by his thoughts, Aziraphale walks out happily from the back room, carrying a few new books Crowley recognizes from an online auction site he taught his angel how to use.
"Ahh fallen to the ways of humans finally have you? Told you I'd get you to use that bloody computer" he snickers out a laugh, finding his angel's momentary annoyed look of disapproval.
"Yes, well..." He says, placing his new additions to his collection on their respected places on the shelves. He starts finding his way over to Crowley, checking his watch as he walks.
"I find them quite convenient for my needs, a bit of fun too I suppose. Thank you, Crowley" he says, bending down to plant a small little kiss on Crowley forehead and smiles. Crowley, of course, as he always did from any affection from his angel, smiles like an adorable idiot.
