Chapter 4

August 18th 1986

"Hey Tadashi?" Tadashi had suddenly was being shaken.
"Tadashi??? eh what about dumping water on him." Kei scooped water into his hands and poured it on Tadashis face.
"GAH-"Tadashi sat up quickly.
"Pfft haha loser."
"WHAT WAS THAT FOR??"
"You fell asleep! So I simply was just waking you up." Kei gave Tadashi a dicky smirk,closed his eyes and leaned back on a rock.
"What time is it?" Tadashi checked his watch.
"Idk but I do know you slept for mad long though."
"Kei."
"What?"
"It's 3:48pm."
"Oh."
"OH? JUST OH? WE MISSED ALL OF SCHOOL, AND YOU DIDNT WAKE ME UP???"
"WELL I FELL ASLEEP TOO! SO DONT BLAME ME!"
"Omg my mother is going to kill me. Maple is going to tattle."
"Your'll be fine Tadashi?"
"..." Tadashi grabbed his stuff and quickly left, leaving Kei by himself.
"What a fucking dick." Kei scoffed.

Tadashi started to run back to the gym, fuck dude i'm totally late to practicing with the guys. Damnitttt i'm so fuckedd. Tadashi finally got to the fence by the gym and hopped over the fence. Quickly making it to the gyms back doors and opening them.
"Damnit guys sorry i'm late." Tadashi looked around.
"Oh hey Tada wada!" Keith came running up to Tadashi with Stephen behind him waving towards Tadashi.
"Sup Keith, hi Stephen, where is everyone?"
"No idea.." Stephen spoke up
"I think something happened with Mika!"
"Oh?"
"Oh yeah Mika got worried or upset and ran off, I think he went looking for you.." Stephen looked a bit worried saying it.
"Yeah! And now the others are looking for Mika! But they told us to watch the gym!"
"Oh.."
"Something wrong Tadashi?" Stephen looked at Tadashi.
"What- yeah why would I be?"
"No reason you seemed upset."
"Stephen, you know that's how Tada always looks!"
"Ah guess i've never actually looked closely."
"Hey guys im going to go home."
"Waaah Tada wada nooo!"
"Yeah Tadashi you cant leave yet we haven't even played anything."
"Yeah but uh I have to go.."
"Noooo Tada wa-" Stephen cut Keith off.
"Alright, I mean if you insist you can go, i'll tell everyone you had to go home."
"Alright thanks Stephen! I'll see you guys tomorrow peace."
"Bye Tada wada!!!!"
"Bye Tadashi, see you tomorrow." Tadashi ran out the gym, whoooo out of stupid practice!

~At home~

"TADA...!!!!!" Kari stomped up to Tadashi as he walked through the door.
"Eh did I do something..?"
"YOU MADE ME WALK HOME BY MYSELF YOU POOPY!"
"You do know i'm not going to be able to walk home with you everyday...? I have practice a lot. Maybe you should join a after school club..?"
"NO TADASHI I DONT WANNA JOIN A STUPID CLUB!"
"Kari calm down.."
"NO IM NOT GOING TO CALM DOWN."
"What are you even mad about.."
"Oh wait good question.."
"What."
"Well I don't really know what i'm mad about.." Kari went over to the couch and jumped on it.
Tadashi walked towards his room and shut the door.

Ahh what a fucking weird day...ugh but now i'm extremely tired..even tho I did take a nap.. Tadashi flopped on his bed.

~Knock knock~

"Whatttt." Tadashi got up and walked towards the door.
"Tadashi."
"Mom??"
"Tadashi why the hell is Mika outside. He looks upset what did you do."
"What? Nothing.." Tadashi pushed past his mother and ran over to the front door.
"Mika? Is something wrong?"
"Tadashi. Can we talk."
"Yeah sure.." Tadashi walked outside closing the door behind him.
"What's up?"
"I'm sorry.."
"About?" Mika looked at Tadashi.
"Oh that- yeah no your good Mika. But uh why are you here?"
"I feel bad so I came to apologize.."
"Ohhhh, it's fine I swear."
"Are you sure..?"
"Yeah i'm sure.."
"We're still friends right..?"
"Yeah why wouldn't we be..It's not like i'm homophobic, so I 100% support you."
"Oh my god in so relieved Tada." Mika hugged Tadashi tightly.
"Yep no problem man."
"Bros?" Mika held his fist up
"Hell yeah bros!" Tadashi fist bumped Mika
"Alright i'm going to go. I'll see you at school tomorrow."
"See ya Mika!" Tadashi waved as Mika left.

Tadashi went back inside for his mother to greet him.
"Tadashi."
"Yes?"
"What we're you guys talking about."
"Nothing important."
"What did you guys do for Mika to say he felt bad for what he did and how your not homophobic."
"TADASHI SUPPORTS THOSE PEOPLE?" Maple said extremely loud stopping in her steps to stare at them.
"That's not important."
"TADASHI WHAT HAPPENED?"
"Why are you so up my ass today geez-"Tadashi
stopped midway after his mother smacked him across the face.
"Don't you DARE SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT AGAIN YOU UNGRATEFUL BITCH."
"I-" Tadashi stood there in silence, his mother has never smacked him in the face so he was standing there extremely confused, not being able to progress any of it.
"Now if you don't fucking TELL ME I WILL LOSE MY SHIT."
"HE CAME OUT TO ME AFTER I SAW HIM KISS A GUY." Silence filled the air.

"I don't want you hanging around that boy anymore."
"Why-"
"He's a sin and in this household we don't support sinners like him."
"What.."
"You heard me." Tadashi's mother walked up the stairs to her room and slammed the door, leaving Tadashi standing there by himself.
"Tada.."
"Huh- oh hi Kar Kar."
"Tada what does mom mean by sinners?"
"Oh uh...So say you are a guy and you like other men. That's a sin, goes the same for if your a girl that likes a girl."
"Oh! Thanks Tada!" Kari ran up the stairs leaving Tadashi alone. Again.

Tadashi walked over to his room closing his door behind him. Walking over to his bed and flopping on it.

Yep today is extremely weird..I wonder why everything is so extremely weird today..Like I missed practice which was awesome and then I missed almost every single one of my classes. What a good day! Well not a good day..DECENT day definitely! I wonder what tomorrow is going to be like.. Anyway! What time is it? Tadashi checked his watch to see it was 5:19pm. Eh I guess mom isn't cooking today, again, but whatever I think I might just sleep. Tadashi closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.
