"So Harry didn't really leave the dorm did he?"
Blaise jumped and turned around. "I value my life, thank you."
Ron laughed and shook his head. "Does it really count as telling if I guessed the answer on my own?"
Blaise shrugged. "I guess not. Either way you didn't ask me to confirm or deny your question. Additionally we were never talking about this and Draco is to think we never spoke to each other while on this trip. I don't want him blaming me by default."
"Wow. You are either extremely scared of Draco or you trust him to such an extent that you're scared of what he says."
"So your reasoning is I'm scared or I'm scared?" Blaise raised an eyebrow at him.
"Where's Parkinson by the way?" Ron asked.
"Off stalking her crush." Blaise waved off. "Why are you not with Granger right now?"
"I'm stalking my dominant." Ron shrugged.
Blaise bit his lip and shook his head. "Don't say that so loud you idiot. Seriously, someone might hear."
Ron rolled his eyes. "Seriously? Why are you keeping it such a secret? Harry's my best friend and Draco is yours."
"Because telling Draco means that I have to explain why I'm not a Pure Blood. It means admitting to Draco and my father that my mother cheated and I'm the product." Blaise sighed.
"But you told me." Ron frowned.
"Because it was the only way I could get you to sit down and talk to me." Blaise rolled his eyes. "You're as stubborn as your best friend. The only reason I made bets with your brother's was to get on good terms with them to get close to you."
"I'm confused now. You made a bet with them before you got your inheritance. Didn't you?"
"It's different for a dominant than it is for a submissive. Harry is also a Neko while I'm a Vampire. I thought you did research?"
"I did, but the information on vampires is not very clear. Like the fact that you as a dominant can't have more than one partner?" Ron questioned and frowned.
Blaise shrugged. "I can since I'm a dominant and if I were a werewolves I would. It's a choice for a vampire. I have one partner who I'm tired to till death do us part. I can choose to turn said partner into a vampire so that we both become semi-immortal. Or I can not turn them in which case they will die and a few decades later a new partner will emerge. I can also choose to be with more than one person even though my partner may be alive. Again, I thought you did research."
Ron smiled and shrugged. "Maybe I just wanted to hear you saying it. So which did you choose then?"
"I'm a one person kind of guy." Blaise shrugged. "Whether you want to be semi-immortal or not is your choice."
"Okay then what exactly are we right now?" Ron raised an eyebrow.
"Friends?" Blaise questioned. "I know you're my partner and all because of the scent you give off. Again it's your choice if you want to be with me in that sense. Even though you're my submissive, you're still just a wizard and you have no creature inheritance. So you're not obligated to form a connection with me. With Harry and Draco it's different. Draco wanted a bond with Harry before the accident with the potion. Since Harry is a submissive creature he's forced into a bond with Draco, but Draco could have still refused him since he has no creature."
"You're starting to confuse me. Harry has a creature inheritance now where he wouldn't have had one before. Draco is like me, we have zero obligation to the person with the creature inheritance. That's about it right?" Ron shook his head and sighed. "So what if I don't want a relationship with you?"
