Cooking Pizza (Nightberry)

Anyways, chapter is about swap coming over and bakes with Nightmare.

Swap's Pov

I was sitting on the couch relaxing, today I had decided to visit that bad sans. They weren't too bad if you just got to know them, but I think the only reason I kinda know a lot about them is from being kidnapped a lot.

It's sad but very true, anyways I looked around to see Dust and Horror cuddling on a love seat. Killer is playing games with Cross while Nightmare is just sitting next to me reading a book.

"Why do they always read?" I thought, maybe they could read something else besides those same old story books. Maybe cook books!! I'm sure they'll love  those kinds of books.

I looked towards Nightmare and tapped their shoulder, they turned their heads to me and made a what face.

"hey Nightmare I was thinking if you wanna learn some new food dishes." I asked happily and took the book from their hands.

Nightmare looked at me like they wanted to kill me, but sighed and shrugged their shoulders and nodded. "Sure why not.. It's been boring today anyways."

I smiled brightly as my eye lights turned into stars, they then turned back  once I grabbed Nightmare's hands and dragged them to the kitchen.

On the way there I just kept hearing Nightmare grumble and saying stuff. But I payed no attention to it and walked into the kitchen with them.

I then let go of Nightmare's hand and looked down at him, huh? Why is he blushing? he might be cold since he only has thin clothes on while most of us has layers of clothes on.

Like me, Cross and Horror, even though Horror wears a crop top he doesn't get cold easily.

Well Dust and Killer don't seem to say their cold if they don't mind it. Because they most time do something saying their cold.

I get out of my thoughts as I looked back  down at Nightmare again, smiling softly I took my scarf off and wrapped it around Nightmare's neck.

I smiled brightly at them, then I reached into my bag and pulled out my cook book. Nightmare was gonna question it but it seems like it didn't care to.

"Did you have this on you the whole time?" Nightmare said as they looked at me confused. "I had this the while time just in case!!" I  chuckled and opened the cook book flipping through pages I stopped at one smiling to myself.

Then I showed Nightmare the page, "Pizza? hmm sure why not it sounds good." I nodded my head before setting down the book open and looked at what we needed.

Once I saw everything we need I looked at Nightmare and told them what we needed. Nightmare nodded after I was finished and  went to grab the stuff.

Nightmare's Pov

I don't understand why are we cooking pizza? I don't really need to eat, and the others minus Dust know how to cook.

I shook my head gently as I went to grab what we needed, once I got them I walked to Swap and showed him the things.

Swap nodded his head, saying that I got all that we needed and that we can start. I actually think that I might wanna see how it looks, sure there's a picture of the pizza in the book but how would it look when it's done by us?

I didn't know and I wanted to find out, getting out of my thoughts I nodded at Swap and placed everything down on the counter.

Once that happened with started to make the pizza while having small chats and notes.

Some laughs or chuckles that wasn't too much, but I always wondered why do I feel flustered. Or somewhat embarrassed? I never have felt that before since well something years ago but anyways.

Few minutes later

After we put the pizza away we just standed in the kitchen talking to each other. But I still kept having the feeling, I should ask Swap maybe he knows.

I looked at Swap and he looked back at me , I blushed slightly still wondering why I feel so hot.

Shaking the thought I grabbed Swap's face and made him look at me. "Answer my question now Swap, why do I feel so hot and why do I feel positive kinda when by you?"

Swap looked at me as if I was a ghost, I was so confused why though so I huffed and just crouched down and watched the pizza cook.

No one's Pov

Nightmare was just crouching down in front of the oven watching the Pizza cooked. This was happening while Swap was trying to figure out what Nightmare ment, soon Swap finally understood Nightmare and blushed blue.

He then turned to Nightmare and tapped their shoulder, Nightmare turned around confused painted on their face.

"Yes Swap?" Nightmare said, Swap took a deep breath and sighed. "About that thing you asked me about not too long ago I think I finally understand what you said.

Nightmare nodded be standing up and looking at Swap. " So what is it?" Swap scratched the back of his skull before taking another breath , "the thing you were talking about me and you're in love with someone."

"Being in love with someone means well, you want to date them and go do stuff with them. " Swap stopped for a moment and watched as Nightmare's went up into a blushing flame so he continued.

"You also wanna get married and sometimes have kids with them. You wanna spend the rest of your life being with them and stuff. Get it now?" Swap asked Nightmare who nodded their head and then grabbed both of Swap's hands.

"well then I guess I wanna spend my life with you Swap is that okay?" Nightmare asked as he looked at Swap who's whole face was blue.

Swap then shook his head and nodded at Nightmare, "Yes of course it's okay!! I would love to spend my while life with you since I got to know you and stuff."

"Plus you're not half bad as people seem to say about you, you're pretty chill and cool that's what I like about you." Swap said happily while Nightmare just looked away and huffed.

Swap chuckled at this before remembering the Pizza's, he jumped a bit and ran to the oven. " oh god we forget about the Pizza!! I hope it isn't that much burn I still wanna eat some with you. Along with the others as well if they want a slice that is."

Nightmare chuckled softly before going over to grab stuff to get the Pizza out of the oven.

'Welp how am I gonna tell the others me and Swap are a couple now?' nightmare thought.

Nightmare softly shook his head, " I shouldn't be worried about that right now I'll deal with it later."
